“Excellent service and reassurance. This team of talented experts rebuilt my transmission on short notice, and got it running like a finely tuned clock. Granted, I do not believe my vehicle was the easiest to work on (most of it is nonstock). I followed up a couple of times before a long distance trip towing ~9000lbs (almost gross combined of 18,000lbs) just for reassurance. Each time they had a different mechanic drive with me and verify themselves that shifts were appropriate, and that there were no mechanical concerns related to the transmission and its performance. I really appreciate the attention to detail, their communication, and their excellent customer service. After towing 1300 miles with a heavy load, variable terrain and weather conditions, I did not have any issues with my transmission, and I felt very comfortable with how it performed under load. No leaks, slippages, surges, or skips were experienced. The torque converter locks appropriately. 10/10 I would consider doing business again with them in the future.
