New compressor lasted 8 weeks. When a different company came out, they said that Oxford used the wrong parts.... nothing like living in GA with now AC for 3 weeks. Thanks Oxford.

Despite the other reviews, my experience was FANTASTIC! Jared, the technician, was definitely very professional, timely, and knowledgeable of identifying and resolving the problem my property was experiencing. Today is the beginning of a heat streak here in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. Both my doggie and I are thankful for the prompt service and resolution provided.

ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT SERVICE! No one in their right mind should ever choose to do business with this company. However, the only reason that I can fathom they are still in business is that they are contracted to do work for American Home Shield Warranty. If you are reading this review and not using AHS, under no circumstances should you call these people. They are incompetent, rude, & nonchalant with your concerns. If you are with American Home Shield or any other warranty service that uses Oxford Heating and Air, tell them to use another contractor other than this poor excuse for a company. This is without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If you decide to not take my advice and use them anyway, then you better have a back up plan or second opinion come out. I cannot believe these people are still in business. Best of luck to you and run as far away from this company as fast as you can.Highlights from my experience:- 4 days to respond after paying $75- Technician comes out and says I have a hole in my evaporator coil and requires replacement. Someone will be in touch the following day. 3 days later, my work order was cancelled without notice or call.- Called numerous time and the temp answering service will take a message and they will never return that call.- Finally speak with the "owner" Tara that is easily the rudest person I have ever spoken to and most combative non-helpful human on the face of the earth.- Called Coolray heating and air, was on hold for 2 minutes, someone arrived at my house WITHIN THE HOUR making repairs!Whatever you do, DO NOT do business with this organization. You will pull all of your hair out.I

They came out today after waiting a week. I was asleep when they showed because I had surgery and was very medicated. They said bad capacitor and issue fixed. Fell back asleep woke up in a sweat and started vomiting from heat-NO AC. Called company, and they will not send anyone out til next Wednesday. I am a senior female veteran who just had surgery and lives alone (so no help if I'm sick or need cold compress) AND paid to have my AC fixed. I am told It was working when he left so I go to the end of the line. REALLY! This is the same dang day. Heat is making me very ill and I have no option but to wait. Shame on them, even if they don't care I just got out of hospital what about the fact they were paid to fix it and it's not fixed!. UNBELIEVABLE

Replaced evaporator coil before I bought the home. Two months later the AC quite working turns out they rigged an evaporator coil that isn’t suppose to fit in the air handler, two separate Hvac technicians said it was the worst install they had ever seen. Also my home warranty wouldn’t cover repairs because they installed the wrong part so now I’m out $5000 dollars (because of oxford heating and air) to replace the system because it cannot be fixed due to being rigged with the wrong coil. Worst company I’ve ever seen... DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM

Called American Home Shield and they sent out this company...young man told me that it would be $1400 to repair? and that was with the insurance! I am on disability and told them it would take me some time to get the money. The tech put it on Emergency heat and said call back when ready. I called back and they said I had to call AHS back to get another work order.....UGHAnd my system is still not working and now my A/C is blowing hot air????

I would NEVER recommend Oxford Heating & Air, Company for services. Oxford was identified as supplier on behalf of home insurance company. Oxford came out an assessed situation with promise to return within a quick turnaround to complete the work. Two days later, no follow-up was given. Repeatedly attempted to contact Oxford and for 5 days, no response, no answer and no follow-up. Email was sent to the contact provided on their voicemail, and no response. Oxford Heating & Air physical location on google doesn't exist. I am utterly disappointed in the lack of attention and customer service provided. The goal as a company is to have customer service that is not just the best, but legendary. I would recommend before you request services from Oxford Heating & Air, that you consider other alternatives.

This company is listed as a vendor with American Home Shield home warranty company. Technician Jared came and broke a part on my A/C causing all of the remaining coolant to leak out and evaporate. Instead of having integrity and owning the mistake, he instead reported to the warranty company that my unit had a pre-existing problem and falsely accused my son by saying that my son told him that “we have had to continuously add Freon to the system and we are just tired of doing this all the time”. He left no paperwork and left my home in a hurry. As you know, when the warranty company receives a “pre-existing” report from a techician, then the warranty will not fix the issue. I had to come out of pocket to pay for repairs of over $700 because by this time I had no air for seven days in 90 degree weather. The pictures show the valve bent in one compared to how it should be straight (like when putting air in a tire).

They came and fixed our AC when it wasn’t working. The home warranty company sent them. I was very happy with their service. AC has been working fine ever since.
