Takes so long to process mail. I wonder why it even needs to be processed and why we cannot get things delivered directly to us. My rating 0/5 but Google won’t let me post that. Stupid and inefficient system

Mail was not processed for 2 weeks, finally processed while I was already on break. Then they told me they can’t keep it for more than 30 days. Ridiculous.
