Every time we place a pickup order we wait 40+ min once we arrive. Twice this week they have cost us time which is money! The computer system said we weren't there when in fact we were checked in already both times. We had to exit our car and find the employee. There are ALWAYS empty cars parked in the pickup spaces. People park there and go in-store to shop because it's convenient. The signs say you will be towed if you do that but I've never seen anyone towed yet! In fact, one manager said they don't tow them because it is too costly and time-consuming for Walmart. I contend that once word got out that cars are being towed the in-store shoppers will stop parking there. This Walmart also claims pickup customers get first priority over delivery drivers. Not true!!! Every time I'm there I see those drivers pull up, get loaded, and sent on their way while regular customers are left to wait long periods of time! And the GREETER spoke NO ENGLISH! One word for Walmart: AMAZON!!!

Stay away from oil change center, they don't know what there doing , they zip tied my bottom, said they couldn't screw it in. I had to do it my self at home, it was hanging to the floor. Never oil change there, they claimed screw was spinning,false , I will sue

i try to make my living off of delivering and their pickup department never answers the phone. so sometimes when the delivery app doesn't check me in like it should, i have no way of getting in contact with anyone to checkin, then am left waiting for no reason.

Filthy Walmart. Ever single time we go in to shop this Walmart is horrible. You should be ashamed to have your store look like this!! Cleveland GA location is super clean but unfortunately you are closer.

I use the Tire Center a lot, and always get great service! Highly recommend. Larry, Randy and Christian get the jobs done quickly and smooth as silk.
