I have been dealing with this insurance company for more than several years now and they have definitely been there helping us during bad times and are quick to respond when they are needed. I love the people who work here and I don't foresee ever switching. My family is an extremely faithful bunch to this insurance company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who ever inquired.

I had a great experience with State Farm. I called Shelley Palmourr's office with a question about my auto insurance and the agent was so helpful and friendly. I ultimately decided to bundle my home insurance with State Farm after getting a great quote - lower premium and better coverage. Thanks Tim!

When I initially called in I could tell it was super busy in their office, so my plan was to ask a quick question and jump off the phone. Thank God the call didn't go the way I planned because I learned so much more about what State Farm had to offer. Tim took me through various options that would ensure I was fully protected as a customer. Tim didn't want me to just see my insurance as a bill, he wanted me to actually understand exactly what I was paying for and how it would benefit me over time. I could tell it wasn't just about me paying more, he wanted me to know that if anything unexpected should happen, I would be fully prepared and wouldn't be blindsided. I had never had anyone take the time to explain car insurance in that much detail, so I definitely appreciated it. He also informed me about ways that I could get a few dollars off my monthly premium, so that was super awesome. I will definitely be recommending State Farm to my family and friends!!

Let me tell you that Tim L Emmett is the best representative I could have asked for. Being 22 I'm trying to get my first car and insurance on my own. He never tried to up sale anything and helped me find the best rate. He always was honest and never took advantage of me not knowing what to do, etc. He is honest, hardworking, and really cares about the safety of you and your car being covered correctly for your best benefit. I wouldn't choose anyone else!

I have been with Shelly State Farm for about 6 years. Never had an issue, they have always treated me like family and know each of their customers. Excellent customer service. It’s nice to know that you have a great company to cover all your insurance needs at great prices. I will highly recommend Shelly Palmour State Farm. We have used State Farm Insurance for over a decade. From vehicle policies to homeowners and life insurance, State Farm has never ceased to amaze me at their professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness. I wouldn’t trust or recommend anybody else with something as important as our insurance needs.

I got married and needed to switch my insurance from my dad's plan to my own. Elizabeth at Shelly Palmour was absolutely phenomenal. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions. Every time I call Shelly Palmour’s office most of the time I get Elizabeth or Tim and I have to say they are both phenomenal especially Elizabeth. She will go out of her way to take care of your needs. she’s always professional, HONEST, friendly. I really can’t say enough about her and the entire office. I am so thankful that we decided to change agents because it has been a blessing in disguise. I would highly recommend them to anyone. When Elizabeth tells you she is going to do something they do it and if they tell you they’re going to call you back They call you back the same day. That really means a lot.
