All items, except one, (starkissed tuna) were in stock. Store looked good and was not particularly crowded the day I shopped. Got through the line fairly quickly.

I have come to Sam’s club Oakwood 4 times this week and their out of rotisserie chicken and it’s a hour wait before any are ready. Do sam’s not sell many rotisserie chickens so they only cook maybe 20 at a time? I’m sure that’s one of their best sellers….. The guy that works back there could care less if there any on the warmer or not. But p

First time here getting our cards and wow I can't believe we haven't been here yet! The prices on most items are incredible! Especially getting my favorite wine in the huge bottle for only 10 bucks! We will be back again!!

If I had a few beers this trip would have been perfect. Went with a couple of friends we had fun roaming down every isle of this super store. We're there deals who knows you can get pants for 1795 though

Get here at 433am for delivery. Finally back in after waiting an hourt. Then was told frito lay has to get in the door when the truck has a lift gate. I'm in a semi with an appointment at 5am. They told me my appointment isn't at 5 it's at 8am. I was here before frito lay. Will not come back and deliver for this store ever again. I'm late for my next pickup

Had my first experience with Sam's Club today, at the Oakwood Georgia location, the customer service at the "customer service counter" and from several Managers were both a horrible experience. They could definitely learn a thing or two about customer service from Costco and BJ's wholesale.

I’m highly disappointed in Sam’s club. Me and my family have had a membership for years but the customer service is lacking and poor. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to pay extra to add a family member on to the membership but they do not get all of the benefits. Me and my family went Black Friday shopping and tried to buy a Black Friday deal which was limited to two per member. I bought two of the products and my parents tried purchasing two as well with their membership. I was told they would not be able to do so since I was the main membership holder and already purchased. The lady who came to self checkout was clueless and did not take the time to help us… all she did was cancel everything my parents had scanned and told us to rescan everything and then walked off. Another lady came up and tried saying add on members do have all the benefits but yet would not let my parents purchase the two products. We ended up going to customer service… the lady at the counter was not friendly at all and kept telling me she was not understanding what I was saying. You work at the customer service section and deal with memberships but yet you don’t understand what I am telling you? My parents have a separate Sam’s membership card with a different membership number but yet they don’t get to participate in the Black Friday deals and purchase their products because I had already purchased two? The lady said there was nothing they could do but if Sam’s club really stood behind their member’s then they would help, be respectful, and try to help the customers that pay for their memberships. I went online after the fact and my parents purchased two of the products online that they couldn’t purchase in the store so why the heck were we not able to do so in the store. I think that’s pretty screwed up….. poor customer service.

Customer service going down hill !!For years, I have shopped at Sams all over the country. Never in any locations did I feel the employees were arrogant or snobbish.Wow, my eyes opened and my mouth dropped at this location.Felt like I was in another country and not wanted.If Sam Walton was around, this location would get a BIG kick in the ANO customer service in the food vending area.
