White lady welcoming people at door on 6/22/24 around 6:45pm ish does not have any good customer skills. Was rude because my boyfriend asked her a simple question. Considering it was our first time shopping here not coming back. Also fruit we got was rotten so we had to return it. She was mad at my bf just because he was returning fruit. Did she expect us to just eat moldy fruit? Wish I had gone in with him to tell the lady that’s not how you talk to people especially someone who is asking you for help. Lady seemed angry working at the door. Maybe shouldn’t have someone like that working at the door..

Crowded as usual, prices are just a bit lower on some items compared to the competition. In general, the place is not as organized as the competition! The eatery was packed. A line to order food was longer than the lines at the regular registers. Only one cashier. No hot dogs, and there was a 7 minute wait for the pizzas. Some of the drinks at the soda machines were dispensing only water. There was no replacement available!

? Shoutout to the incredible team at the T-Mobile corporate store kiosk in Sam’s Club, Oakwood, GA! ? I went there last week to set up new service and they were absolutely perfection! Their customer service is top-notch, making the whole process a breeze. Plus, they sweeten the deal with a $75 Sam’s Club gift card when you sign up for service and they waive all activation fees! ? Do not order cakes from this location!!! They no longer take your order in person. They have a QR code that only lets you order plain cakes, no character cakes. I talk with a manager about this and he had them to put daughters Super Mario cake order in the old way. I came to pick the cake up a couple days later, no cake, no order. I had them to call the manager. I waited 20 minutes and they never showed. Hopefully the young girl in the bakery gets them to make the cake in the morning for the party at 12 pm. I'm very upset and disappointed with Sam's.
Update:
I received a call from a manager this morning. She was very attentive to my situation and I'm pleased to say they took care of my cake issue.
