Eric Jackson is such a wonderful person to have in the community. I don't even use State Farm but know Eric and called to ask him some insurance questions and he has been so helpful and patient. If he doesn't know the answer, he will find out. One suggestion he made saved us thousands of dollars. Recently, I met with Eric to discuss options related to our insurance needs. Eric offered a number of proposals that helped to establish the types of coverage relevant for our desired insurance portfolio.This is a family business that values positive relationships with their clients and is sincere about making sure your experience is the best possible, not because they have to, because they aspire to. My First choice after 10 years! I’ve had vehicle changes, home insurance, business, claim needs, etc., and they remain my choice for all our insurance needs for many reasons. Anytime I call or have any questions via email, they are quick to respond, they genuinely demonstrate caring, they educate me when I make changes or have questions, they NEVER have made me feel rushed when I need help with something, and most of the time, we work everything out vial email or phone instead of having to go in-person. When I do show up in person, it is always a pleasant experience as well. It is so nice to work with people who actually care about the customer. I highly recommend them.

I have say. One of the best groups to work with. I travel all over and there has been a lot of times that I have forgotten about my payment. They have texted called emailed me to let me no. You don't find that type of business in today's world. What I like the best is they treat you like family.

A tree fell on mine and my 82-year-old grandfather’s house. He called Rick because he’s been with the agency for over 30 years, and they have refused to help us at all. We will not get any payment from our homeowner’s policy whatsoever. So consider how they treat loyal, senior customers when they’re in need before doing business with them.
