I bought a Kobra Kai signed season 1 poster online from the folks. Top notch. My 1 star is because I just left the building with friends to purchase a number of items in store, and it's not a store that is open to the public, but here on google maps it looks like they are.
It would have saved us 2 hours round trip if they posted this in their description, and they lost out on making a good amount of money today as we all had a number of items picked out from online. Don't go visit them in person, they don't want to see you. Shop online with them and save yourself the drive.

Will not purchase from here again. Brutal customer service.Backstory: I bought a Roger Staubach TK Suspension helmet during a trip to the US in February. I noticed that the helmet did not come with a COA. When I brought this up to Radtke, I was asked to send a picture of the helmet and then received no reply until I followed up a few days later. At that point, I was told that the COA was "lost" and couldn't be replaced.There was no offer to help me replace the COA or get an LOA - just that one wasn't needed because the signing details are on the JSA website. I asked why it cannot be located, why Radtke can't help me get a replacement, whether this was signed at a Radtke private signing, etc. - but received no response.Left completely out in the cold after spending $450 USD (approx. $660 CAD). Unreal.

Just spent 30 plus minutes driving to the address noted on google maps for Radtke Sports INC. that clearly states open until 5pm. In store shopping and curbside pickup available. Sign on building clearly stated Radtke Sports but it is only a vacant store front. Called number noted and person who answered the phone was rude, short with me and clearly needs some customer service and phone etiquette lessons. If your not a store or shop and you don’t have in store shopping probably should update your google page. Not waste peoples time. Been a sports and entertainment collector many years. Pretty sure I can find someone who will value my business.
