Room was clean and newly remodelled, bed was comfy. It works ? Not a fancy spot from the outside, but no justification for bad 'reviews' . The room did ok where it counts and I would stay again. ps. The Burrito place next door is fantastic food within walking distance.

I stay at this location before the rooms are always clean. The staff is very polite. Very good at their jobs. Breakfast is always good and the coffee the housekeeping maintenance the front desk. Everybody always has a smile on their face. I most definitely will stay here again and again. Everything is closed by the hotel restaurants shopping. And it’s close to the freeway you can get anywhere you want to go. I’m checking out today. Heading back home. And I wish I could stay longer, but unfortunately I can’t. So hopefully the next time I come to this hotel, I will be able to stay longer than a week. I do recommend this hotel. To anyone that wants a nice clean hotel.
Rooms: The rooms are very, very clean and the housekeeping does a very good job.
Nearby activities: No shopping centers nearby that is really not that far to drive.
Safety: I feel safe at this hotel
Food & drinks: The food and the drink are very good

Nice people @ front desk.
Clean enough outside.
The room is a health hazard. Mold is visible on the wall outside of the shower (see picture/video).
Terrible maintenance.
Incompetent tile & drywall installation.
Floor wasn’t clean.
Trim pieces not attached to the wall.
Tissues were empty/not available.
Fittings were falling off of the wall.
No black-out curtain. The room was bright all night from the lighting outside.
I would not stay here again.
Safety: Mold grows on the wall in room 110. The tile cracks allow easy water intrusion.

I have stayed in many different hotels this year already and I want to say that the staff here are top notch! Amy and Hillary are amazing and so friendly. The location is great and I feel safe here. The rooms are getting upgraded and the pool is now open so that’s nice! I stay here often!
Walkability: Waffle House, Quik Trip, a liquor store and Walgreens are all in walking distance

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at period.
It started with getting assigned to a room that was already occupied and being able to walk in and notice the lights were on and the beds had been slept in. I ran quickly out before they realized. The security is not important to the employees.
Our room had an a/c from the 80's. Their was no blackout curtain so the lights from outside were in our room all night. Our bathroom door didn't even shut. And when we looked behind it the door looked like someone punched it. I'll attach pictures for evidence.
Also we had a handicap room. If I was seriously someone that was disabled I would have been unable to use the shower their was nothing to hold onto and no where to put your soap down at that wasn't the disgusting floor.
And their was no smoke detector either it was yanked out of the wall and out on the tv stand.
Just don't stay here ever.

Convenient location and price but do NOT stay here, they showed us 4 rooms and none of them were clean, dirty sheets, unmade beds, dirty towels, even the TV was dirty. We left and found a different hotel.

First of all is an old run down place, with old towels and old blankets , I stayed there a couple of nights , I went to get something to eat and the milk was expired the juice was expired and thy only thing they said to me we I told them, was ( there's a waffle house across the street)
Rooms: The only thing I can say is that the mattress was comfortable
Food & drinks: Expired milk and juice

I have been coming here quite a while. There have been renovations along with new updated more modern furniture. Amy at the front desk is always there if you encounter any issues. I have never had a problem but she makes sure to let guests know that she is there if anything come up. She is a very nice lady who will go above and beyond for guests to ensure there comfort while staying here. Good location, right off of 985 in oakwood.

I want to say that i do like staying at this hotel it is for the most part a clean hotel. so the issues i am listing are easy fixes and does not reflect on the peaceful stay here....
Some of the rooms do not have trash cans. there is only 1 wash cloth, so if there is more than one person, you might want to bring your own. The water pressure is not good in some rooms. The lamps need to be updated(you have to wiggle the switch to get them to work).

The only positive about the hire is location. Plenty of good around the hotel. Other than that the stay was a nightmare. The first thing I noticed was the lights didn’t work, later I found out there weren’t any light bulb inside the lamps. There were no trash cans in our room so I went to ask the lady at the front desk for a trash can she gave me a sarcastic laugh and sent me on my way without a trash can only trash bags. The toilet leaked from the base all over the bathroom. Roaches and ear bugs were found in the bathroom. The room had less outlets then most rooms. And of the smaller amount of outlets only about half of them actually worked. Refund would be nice.?

The refrigerator did not work in the room, and the person at the front desk lied and said that everything in the room was good. He did not offer me a different room or try to see if the refrigerator in the room was working or not.

Hands down the worst room I’ve ever walked into. Smelled like someone had been smoking for 20 years in that room. Everything falling apart. GO ELSEWHERE OR BUY A
