The doctors and staff here are very kind and helpful. They go the extra mile to take extra care of their patients here. They make you feel at ease. Most of all they take the time to listen to your concerns and questions about a family members health. I appreciate that very much.

I unfortunately was recommended this place to be my primary care provider. Dr. Strauther has zero people skills and withholds blood pressure and heart medication from patients who do not have the money to come in every month for a visit. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a doctor, and am looking for new care immediately. Also, when trying to get my prescriptions refilled Abbigal the front desk receptionist was very rude and hung up on me when I had questions multiple times.

My previous primary care provider was Dr. Strother at this Oakwood location. I went in about several concerns one of which is random deep tissue muscle spasms all throughout my body and a very uncomfortable alien feeling on the left side of my neck. She ordered blood work to be done and since it came back normal she diagnosed me with stress. Instead of investigating the matter further or referring me to someone who could dig deeper she took the easy way out. I I went in a couple months later because I pinched a nerve in my wrist and when I twisted it the wrong way it would shoot pain from the inside of my wrist down to my thumb. My thumb is still completely numb on the inside. Instead of referring me to an orthopedic specialist or ordering any kind of tests she prescribed me diclofenac to take as needed for pain. she is the kind of doctor that will cover up the symptoms but will not be able to diagnose or find out what is really wrong with you unless it shows up in the blood. Everyone knows not everything shows up in blood. I would not send anyone that I know or anyone in my family to this office. I requested a new provider and they denied me so I have to change locations altogether. It is because doctors like Miss Strother that’s so many underlying conditions and illnesses go undetected. Shame on her. I actually called her Mrs. Strother one time and she corrected me by saying “it’s Dr. Strother“ I should’ve known right then in there to not see her.

The lady at check-in is nice and so is the checkout lady. Nurse Julie is sweet and helpful and Dr. Sangapu is great, looks through your chart to make sure she covers everything and is very knowledgeable. Even the lab lady is great! I recommend if you're looking for a new doctor/place.

Best place In Georgia for DOT physical/drug test or anything else doctors and nurses were extremely helpful with everything I needed. They got me in and out so quickly I was very surprised very good prices as well. I definitely will not ever go anywhere else but here!

I feel as if most places that practice medicine have employees that seem annoyed and are only there for a check (check chasers) I Cant say that about NGPG of oakwood though. Top tier people who are willing to do what they can to help and are always ready with a smile. One person in particular though is the reason why I will be coming to this office for as long as humanly possible when it comes to anything medical. That person is Dr. Luke and I say that because I have not ONCE met a doctor as kind or as helpful as this man. He has energy that not many other doctors can match which is why I hated going to a doctors for anything in the first place. He changed that for me entirely. Like a haircut you’ll try to find the one stylist or barber that can get it right everytime. Well Dr. Luke is now my barber of the medical world from this day on. I hope you come across this Dr. Luke sincerely, thank you. I’ll definitely look forward to the next visit.

I was seen by Dr. Lucas for a workers comp visit and he was very honest and informative; made my first visit a breeze. If anyone every has a work accident and needs to be seen, ask for Dr. Lucas

I have been a patient of Dr. Singapu for about 3 years now. She is a wonderful doctor. The staff is attentive and polite to me, but I’m also a very polite person. She listens, and educates, and that is the type of doctor I have always wanted in my corner. Great PCP. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this facility for several years, but I won’t be back after my most recent visit. The “care” I received made it clear Dr. Sangapu had no genuine concern for my health. Very sad and discouraging to see. It’s important to stand up for the welfare of your patients.

I’ve being seeing Dr. Singapu for years and never had an issue. Always easy to get an appointment, and the staff is always friendly.
