Today was my first time coming to vip. I had a horrible experience at another nail salon and asked if they could fix my nails. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and felt welcome. They didn’t waste anytime and got started. Their energy and vibes was incredible and had good conversations. This will be my go to from here on out. I have never walked into a salon that made me feel like these ladies did today. I’m beyond happy with my nails and the best experience that you will never have anywhere else. I recommend them ? and have not quit talking about my nails or this salon. Y’all are truly amazing. Thank you all for the best time and taking care of me. My nails look amazing ?? Services: Nail art

Awesome service. The women did a spectacular job on my nails and toes. Very funny and great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone. I will be going back!

Been coming here since new management took over I did not like how I was treated today set there from nine thirty Was told to come back in an hour? And I did was told I had to wait another 45 minutes and I did. And never did get my nails done. We'll never go back again or recommand. Recommend

Brought my daughter here to get a mani pedi prior to her trip to the beach. From entering the store it was a very welcoming experience. Very clean store and accommodating staff. My daughter got a pampered treatment and a really cool nail design to show off on Gulf Shores.

I was basically told I was lying by the manager (Wendy) about a color I knew I had gotten for a nail I needed to be fixed. It had not been that long and the color was starting to fade so she said I was wrong and that couldn’t have been my color. I didn’t say anything and just let her do her thing. Then not once but twice did she tell me that I should take a picture of the color since my nails keep breaking or I shouldn’t be so rough on my hands. Funny thing is, my nails never use to break until she started doing them when she took over from the old manager. I always felt very judged and not welcomed at all when I went in there and I have been a super loyal customer since 2019. She kept talking down to the employees that were there from the old management and saying that “Hannah (old manager) never taught you anything and this is completely crazy what little you know” right in front of customers. I never had a complaint or issue before. I’m also not one to post bad reviews, but this was just rude all the way around and super unprofessional in my eyes. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, and I wish Hannah and her team were still there.Service: Dip powder

It was clean and modern looking inside. Everyone was friendly, no wait times. My pedicure was great! However, I got tips on my nails and all but 2 of the nails aren’t attached to my natural nail. Leaving a gap in between allowing water, and other things to get stuck inside. Other than that my nails look great.

New management is making huge changes to this location! I was shown what the new chairs, floors, desks, and paint will look like and I'm very excited! lesley, Sandra, and wendy did me friends and my nails today and they were great. everyone was really nice and funny, kept a conversation with us and were overall really great. my first time here, but ill definitely come back!

I have been using this salon for many years. I went in and the girls who normally do my pedicure were not there. It went under new management and the vibe was not there. I had a pedicure done like I always do but this time not so good. I'm not one to complain but this can't go un-noticed. The young lady grunted the whole time she was doing my pedicure. She was very uneasy the whole time. I asked if she had been doing this for awhile. She said yes, she had come from the prior salon that was bought out. So that kinda gave me piece of mind. Until taking care of my feet she continued to file the side of my foot until she rubbed a hole in it. She clipped my toes with this instrument that you would use on diabetic toe nails. Not nail clippers. Now they are uneven. I was willing to let that slide until we checked out. I paid my bill and left a 20 percent tip. She looked at me and said that's it? I was appalled. Not sure I want to go back. If the ladies who normally do my pedicures are not there I will not go back.Service: Pedicure

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT — and thank goodness! My GF heard they had new management so she wanted to try it. Being the thoughtful BF I am, I stopped in to get her a gift certificate. She went, and loved it. They’re currently going through renovations, and will be upgrading it even further. My girlfriend didn’t have a good experience last time, but this time totally new experience. She definitely will be going back, which she’s happy about, as it is closest to where she lives.
