Came looking for a new primary care provider and was very pleased with my experience. I saw Sarah Brock and she did a wonderful job listening to what was going on and moving me forward with the treatment process promptly. Was able to get an x-ray and perscription that same day. Would highly recommend.

I am writing this review to warn others about this clinic and specifically my experience with nurse practitioner Amanda Herrington. Even for routine check-ups, the care provided was alarmingly deficient. Despite clear signs of something being wrong even from my routine checkup lab results, the nurse practitioner failed to investigate further and dismissed my concerns, falsely assuring me that I was healthy.
The inadequate care and dismissive attitude resulted in a serious condition being diagnosed only after seeking help elsewhere. For any level of care, including routine visits, I strongly advise seeking services elsewhere to ensure you receive the thorough evaluation and accurate diagnosis you need. Your health and safety should never be compromised by dangerously insufficient practices. I hope this review serves as a serious caution to others.

Please do not make an appointment at this location. But if you have to, do no make it with Amanda Herrington. Every time I called to make an appointment with the Dr she was the only one ever available. she was extremely dismissive of my symptoms. Any tests I had done was because I urged to have them done even after she minimized every symptom I had. Long story short, I ended up in the emergency room with the same symptoms I had been telling her about for months and they quickly discovered it was cancer. The doctors were confused as to why this wasn’t found long before. They said I had “textbook symptoms” for it. It is extremely disappointing that I wasted so much time and money trying to find the issues and Amanda Herrington always minimized my symptoms and never ordered the proper bloodwork.

I've been.a patient of Longstreet Family Medicine for several years, having transferred there for a prior physician that I felt just wasn't giving me the care I needed. I have been pleased with most all the care I have received here in the Oakwood Office. My family also goes to this office and they are pleased with their care as well.
