Honest, on time and very knowledgeable. They came out and fixed the problem for a far price. We had a secondary problem with the same unit (my fault not there's) and they came back out and fix it. The crazy part is, they billed me and it was $0. Wow is all I could say.
I am recommending them to our neighborhood group and anyone that asks.

Having used them several times in the past, but no more. Being required to pay a service fee for absolutely no work being performed is ridiculous... especially when parts are no longer available. Lesson learned.

The Integrity Factory Service team is the only FULL service appliance repair shop that I would trust to take care of large appliance repair. I only wish we had found them sooner before we spent money with other ‘authorized’ repair shops that could not fix our appliance. Unlike other repair shops Integrity Factory service can diagnosis appliance and examine the installation. The customer service team called immediately after booking repair through Whirlpool manufacturer. The team ensured the right team would be assigned to my case and they could perform a thorough investigation and repair. Dana, Cesar, and Adam were knowledgeable, professional and efficient . Finally our repair was done right!

Very disappointed with the service the company provided. I had them out to review an issue with my wall oven, they said the top element was cracked and needed to be repaired which was not the case. They did no diagnostic run on any of the parts.It turns out the bottom element was completely shattered and the top element works. They should provide me a refund since they did not perform the correctDiagnosis or recommendation.

Excellent experience with this company. Had them come out to fix refrigerator. They were on time, assessed the situation and quoted me a price. I went ahead with repair and they ended up not needing all the parts so they didn’t charge me…Integrity! Thank you Cesar!

From the start, requesting a service appointment online, I received a quick call from Mikala to get on their schedule. When they had an opening a few days sooner, she called and got me on the schedule faster. Cesar & Julio called when they were 15 mins away and promptly on time. They took time to understand what I experienced with our refrigerator and then quickly started troubleshooting. Although it appeared to be a connection issue with the power button, or maybe an issue from a power surge, they were honest in their evaluation, said that I could keep on eye on it and if I experienced the issue again, my service call fee was good for 30 days and they would be happy to come out again and see what may be causing it. But most importantly, they didn't just throw a bunch of new parts at the problem and were honest to say that it may not be a part issue and best to monitor it and see if it was just a surge issue that caused the power source issue. I appreciate their honesty and time they took to really investigate the issue. Although I hope I don't have to call them again, if I need help on any of our Thermador appliances in the future, they will be my first call! Thank you guys!!!
