Devin is awesome! He is very polite, knowledgeable and caring. He took his time showing us all we wanted to see and didn't apply extra pressure. He took the time to listen and really understand our needs and wants so we could get the best bang for our buck. The entire staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The facilities are very clean and nice. Highly recommend going here and make sure to ask for Devin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Camping World! Our salesman, Ross, is the best! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy! He went above and beyond to find us just what we were looking for and we can’t wait to go camping! And the parts manager was kind enough to put together all of the basic starter kit that we could possibly need and Dillon gave us a great walk through and taught us all about our new unit!

We just bought our first camper and had the best experience! We worked with Scott and he was incredibly helpful. He understood our goals and didn’t push any campers outside of our price range. Our future campers will be bought here working with Scott!

Scheduled an appointment for service. It’s been over two weeks and hasn’t even been touched by a technician. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment? I would have never taken it in if I’d have known it wasn’t going to be serviced that day or week. They said the appointment is only to discuss what repairs are needed and take photos. There’s no ETA. I’ve got a trip planned next week and assumed 3 weeks was plenty of time to inspect, order anything, and complete service. That’s not the case. I’ve called twice and my wife has called once and spoke with Jimmy. This experience is much different from the Nashville location. They serviced it within 24-48 hours of the appointment the both times I’ve taken it in.

Very long story so I will spare the whole story and just let you know, DO NOT take your camper to the Oakwood for service if you can avoid, I realize if you purchased a new unit here it seems logical to take here for warranty service but be warned.Short story, bought multiple parts on two separate trips, recommend by technician to fix slide. None of there parts worked. I actually told the service advisor on the day I dropped it off what was wrong with the slide (cables needed adjustment)Second go around, technician recommended (actually via email) new for sure a new battery and terminals would fix the problem (500.00) I authorized and scheduled a day/time to pick camper up. When I arrived (during appointment time) I asked if I could test before I left, the slide tripped breaker approximately 3/4 ways out. So now I have wasted one hour drive time and obviously no one even tested repair.Fast forward two weeks as I refused to pick it up ( and requested my battery be put back in because I knew nothing was wrong with my battery) unfortunately, we are just getting started, from here almost two weeks go by so I drive the hour drive to get an update because calling and emailing is a waste of time( nobody responds) I ask for a update and no one knew anything, actually took me about 49 minutes to find my camper( no one seemed to know which lot it was in) upon arrival battery is 100% dead due to technician leaving lights on.Again, fast forward I get an email from advisor saying that he and service manager looked at cables and agreed they needed to be adjusted ?♂️ (really)So they tell me it’s ready, I schedule day/tile to pick up. When I arrived I requested to test repairs and noticed the cables had need adjusted but are not right. At This point I tell them I’ll pick it up and make repairs myself, they then tell me I owe them money for parts and labor for them to basically change parts to try and figure out what was wrong.Completely unprofessional experience from the start.DO NOT TAKE UNIT THERE FOR SERVICE! I will also be writing an email to corporate that will include names, emails and recorded conversation between myself and apparently the gentleman that was in charge the day since service manager was off, he is a class A unprofessional person who should not be working with the public as he tried his best to get a rise out of me by trying to belittle me, talk over me and it was obvious he wanted some type of altercation to happen.Service department here is a joke.

Great staff at the Oakwood branch! Worked with Claudio to get the Rv that best suited my family. He was very cooperative and knowledgeable that lead us to our Rv. Jason was exceptional at making sure we understood the financing aspect of it all. He was very thorough at explaining all the benefits of becoming a member as well. We overall had a great experience with everybody we came in contact with!

I’ve had the best experience a customer could ask for. I walked in the store to buy a camper, 3 days later I was pulling it out of the lot. Andrew took me and my wife around the lot showed us various campers in what we were searching for and he brought us to the prefect one for me and my wife. He was very honest and very cooperative and knowledgeable to the subject. I give this salesman a 10 star rating, would recommend for you to go see Andrew in OAKWOOD for a great experience!

We had previously owned 2 campers during the years our children were growing up, was a great experience to give them. Following our retirement, we decided to pursue camping again for our grandchildren. Our CW experience started with Matt Fralish, our salesman. He was such a respectful, patient, and kind young man, incredibly knowledgeable. Once we made our purchase, Dyelon was an amazing instructor for our orientation. Answered all questions, and at our insistence, even sat down, visited, and watched TV for a few minutes.Overall, a great 5-star experience with CW and these 2 young men.

Firstly, we didn't buy from Camping World. In fact, we're a minimum of 3-4 years form buying a fifth wheel we hope to retire with. Told the salesperson that right up front and he said no worries at all. He still spent an hour with us showing us different options and discussing do's and don'ts he's learned. For that reason, I give them 5 stars and will likely at least visit them again in a few years to see what has changed when we're ready to purchase. Scott O'Bryant is the person who helped us. I would actually give Andrew 10 Stars if they had it he was most wonderful salesman the whole ordeal went nice and smooth from beginning to end I even referred my own daughter and a friend of mine they're buying campers from him he's the best I really got a five-star guy working for them let me tell you. He does everything he says he will do and always calls you back on time. Probably one of the most pleasurable buys I ever had in history. I always suggest you see Andrew if you need something. Financing was wonderful to people are honest it's a great place to deal the only place I ever buy another camper. Thank you Andrew

Went to look at RVs today and worked with Matt. He was amazing! He showed us everything we asked for, never pressured us to go past our comfort zone, but appropriately let us know what upgrades or features we could get if we moved up a bit in our budget. Great salesman to work with! Ask for Matt!
