The people are friendly and the service was great. My car was totaled so I have no opinion on the quality of repairs.

So this is an updated review from my previous review almost one month later from when my car was first repaired. It has been a back and forth issue for the past month with me and this car shop. A week after my car was so called “fixed” I had to return it due to a loud noise coming from the area where my car was hit in a wreck. I kept having to drive back and forth a total of 4 different times to keep having someone to try to listen to the noise and try and figure out what the problem was…. So I dropped my car off for the very last time and was told the issue was fixed. When I drove off in my car I literally heard the same noise as before as if nothing was done to my car. At this point I’m over it. So today I made the decision to take my car to another auto shop and they discovered what the issue was and fixed my car same day !!!! Literally. I had to pay a small fee out my pocket just bc I didn’t even want to go back and forth with Caliber . Save yourself time and don’t waste your time here. Worst experience ever wit my car.

My repair was completed in a timely manner. Laura is a great asset to Caliber: She treats both the staff and the clients with respect. She kept me informed throughout the repair process. She was a blessing to work with throughout this process.

This collision center is filled with some crooks and incompetent people. They broke my bumper even more than it was already, when disassembling it from my vehicle. Tabs were destroyed. I put my headlight back on my vehicle and now my side marker light is not working. All lights were working fine when I brought the vehicle in. My fog light plug was also damaged. I checked everything that was damaged on my vehicle before I took it in and none of these things were out of order. The car was taken in for a broken bumper they gave a me a $5100 quote back saying that it was a total loss. I guess they thought I was an idiot. They included things in the quote that had no direct correlation to the wreck. I told the insurance to cease and desist the claim. I’ll fix my own vehicle. Another example of a collision center and insurance company trying to scam you out of your vehicle. Not to mention the girl writing all over my car with the color markers, and them not removing any of it when I went to pick up my vehicle. Now I have to destroy my clear coat to take that stuff off..

I was very pleased with the work, updates on completion and the customer service. This is my second time working with this location in Oakwood GA. I'm sure you'll be satisfied with their work.

My insurance sent the SUV here when I had a collision with a deer. Would recommend them from here out. My SUV looks as good as new and was kept pretty well informed along the whole process.

I was told that that my wife's Mercedes was ready. I was also told that there was a check engine light on. The manager John told me that the light was on before the accident. I told him that it was not, he said it could have been. I told him that it was because of the accident. When I asked what the code was he said that it was for an oil pump sensor and that he could not recommend I drive then car. So I scheduled a tow truck to tow the car to then dealership. When I arrived at Caliber Collision to inspect the car, it was riddled with issues. The front bumper was not OEM and thus did not fit the car correctly. There was damage to then paint that looked as if it had been repaired with white out. There was over spray on the engine cover and the cover was cracked. There was over spray on then front fenders. There was 2 trim pieces inside the engine compartment that did not have the correct clips to retain them thus they fell into the engine compartment when I opened the hood. As I went through each issue, John the manager just kept saying that it was not right, it should not look like that. I asked him if it is not correct why am I here? Why have these issues not been corrected prior to my arrival? He said "it should have been". I had the vehicle towed to the dealership where they said the check engine light came on the day of the accident as I had originally stated. The vehicle is now at another collision shop to be repaired correctly. I was also contacted by the staff at Caliber to ask me not to complete this survey as it would affect their raises and bonuses. Obviously that was not the priority. I have reached out to my insurance company and recommended that they drop Caliber Collision from their preferred vendor list as this caliber of work is unacceptable. This place is the most incompetent facility that I have ever seen. Avoid them at all costs!

Good work on front end bumper cover replacement and paint. Appreciated after hours tow to house after work was done. Vehicle moved here from Athens Caliber for faster service. Coordination between the two shops could've been better but good overall experience. Recommended by USAA.
