The police violate their contractors rights and they don't do anything to help keep the guy from losing everything. Pretty sad that no crime was committed while doing a job for the business and the guy loses his vehicle, tools, and boat. Sad, just sad.

I saw a video on YouTube about an individual doing work pressure washing at night and they were illegally detained and tazed and beaten. Also his little dog was tazed and subsequently died.
My question is what are you doing to help this man? He is elderly , lost his dog, and his boat. Personally I'm disgusted by the cops enough but this happened on your property and I hope you are helping this man.

This is my one and only place to go for good affordable work boots. Also, the guy (probably manager or owner) that's always there is nice, and he's good at customer service.
But you better make sure you got the right boots because their "no return/no refund" policy is insanely strict.

For many years buying in this store and the person who served was not friendly or moved to help the customer, but today 12/17 the new people who serve are very very helpful and so it is a pleasure to buy. Thank you Yenifer for the kindness and service you gave us.

Tried to resolve a matter in-house regarding their “no-refund” policy after making a mistake of getting the wrong size. Wore the boots for a max of 2 minutes before putting back in box. Boots looked identical to the way they were sold to me for $256. They turned me away. Emotional owner/manager even called my cell later to chew me out and to “give me another chance to understand store policy” before quickly hanging up. Been getting boots here for 10 years with no issues and this is how they treat you.

Horrible. First time coming here. I was looking for cowboy boots for my wedding . I have no idea what about how they are supposed to fit , ect.When I walked in I was the only customer in the store at the time. The girl at the register was to busy watching YouTube to get off her chair or even look away from the computer screen. Not once did she ask me if I needed help with anything. Neither did she offer to help the gentleman that walked in shortly after me. Needless to say I left without buying anything.

I now know why no one shops here anymore. Husband and I went yesterday around 4 or 5 and the guy couldn't care less about customer service. We asked if they had a certain brand and if they had steel toe. He had an attitude the entire time, my 11 yr old even noticed. We will never go back and will never recommend them again.

I was on my feet lots with my job. I purchased my boot shoes at Big Daddy Boots. They were made for women in law enforcement to be sturdy and comfortable. I’ve been retired for a few years. Those boots saved me many a day when I worked long hours.My husband is on his way now to purchase his work boots at Bug Daddy Boots. He has to have dependable feet ware himself. I thought I would give a review for my husband and me.Thanks Big Daddy Boots for boots that were/are made for walking.

BEWARE of Justin Brewster!!! Justin Brewster was the absolute worst employee I have ever met in my entire life. I used to be a loyal customer until today! I asked when they would be getting new inventory, so I could come back and was asked to leave. When I left he followed me out to my work truck and called my company to complain. My company knows that I am their best employee and I am a project manager who is also in the customer service business. Justin said he was the owner of the establishment when I asked to speak to the manager. I have done my due diligence and have confirmed he is NOT an owner. I will make sure the actual owner Sue Clark is aware of her employees actions. This is unacceptable. This man needs mental help, immediately. P.S. tracker supply has better prices and a new customer!!!
