You are pathetic in every way. You charged $8 to a disabled unemployed female to cash one of YOUR own checks. Sad. Very sad. I will never take another check from one of your customers now. And I will be sure to tell everyone.

Horrible experience. They only ever have 1 teller and is usually coughing everywhere and giving people bad attitude. Drive up is always closed too. You will have a better experience somewhere else

Staff is not knowledgeable in bank policy. Very rude especially on weekends. I would prefer to drive out of my way to another boa before returning here. If I could give a 0 stars, I would.

Clerks are sweet. The blonde manager needs to learn to smile and be respectful to customers. Cashed checks here numerous times with the same id and with my middle name on it. They wouldn’t cash it cause my id only had my middle intial not whole name. Showed them several ids and insurance cards. Still wouldn’t cash it. Not made at that, just her snobbing remarks and looks. Used my middle name my whole life and never had a issue. Well welcome to Bank of America. Horrible experience with the rude manager.

Oder building but great service. Even though they were a little short staffed especially around the holidays they were fast, kind, and I was able to get everything done I needed to do. I am new to the area so getting in and out of the parking lot was a little bit of a challenge but now that I know I will have an easier time.

one teller one busy friday. Theres a line going out into the parking lot. The bank just re opened after being closed for 2 weeks. "We are short staffed at this branch" the manager says... but never does anything to change that.

Just want to put this out there, you NEED to make an appointment in order to get attended right away. These people who work here are professional. I was coming in, had made an appointment the week before and got attended about 4-5 minutes after I got there (keep in mind this is the fastest I’ve ever been attended). And I want to brag on this one worker there, Jessica. Jessica was super sweet to my family and I. She constantly kept doing her work and made me feel comfortable while being in there. It was beyond amazing! I never really get people like that. The people I usually get with are the type of people who are like “I attended you, there’s the door”. But Jessica was super different! If she hasn’t gotten a raise yet, she needs to get one ASAP. Also I went in about a month ago and just now decided to write a review.

I have been a customer with Bank of America for over 15 years. Lived in New Jersey, Florida, and now Georgia. My only complaint is there are never enough bank tellers! Like another review mentioned, there can be 4 people walking around doing nothing, but that poor one teller with a line full of people! Poor customer service for sure!Also, due to covid this bank is always closed! Don't understand that! Stores are open, doctors are open, restaurants are open, etc. I live too far to be going to Gainsville or Buford. I live in Flowery Branch and Oakwood is the only location within 15 minutes. I really wish this branch would be more considerate of their customers! I hesitate to switch banks because I have all my direct deposits here and don't want to switch.

This location is absolutely terrible to work with! Their "Financial Center Manager" was extremely rude and condescending. I'm considering closing all of my BOA accounts and moving to another institution. ZERO Stars!

It is very annoying to see three people who work in the bank walking around doing nothing with one teller trying to help 12 customers. It is simply poor management and poor business management. Withdrawing all my money and putting it in a bank that values their customers
