THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE. As for the “amenities” that make these “luxury” apartments, the pool is opened one month a year and the gym is three things crammed into a tiny room only available 9-5 IF the office is even open. Now as for these apartments, MOLD, ROACHES, A TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE MAN!
I have lived here for almost two years, this was my first apartment. We noticed 3 months in that the bathroom had a very bad leak every time it rained, flooding our entire living room. (Mind you, this took almost a year for them to even come and look at it) The maintenance man John, came by and said he was gonna tear everything apart until he found the cause… he tore out the sink found a ridiculous amount of mold (i will attach all the pictures i can) and then just LEFT IT LIKE THAT for two weeks. I had to consistently be in the office, begging them move us because it was an unsafe environment. This apartment was 909!!!! John told us the apartment across the way was “ready to move in” so we signed a new lease and got transferred over. They did not let us view this apartment beforehand, The sliding glass door looked as if it had been broken into, no air filter in the ac unit, roaches, no knobs on the cabinets, a broken baseboard in one of the bathrooms. Maintenance man said he would fix it, never did. After a few showers i realized there was mold growing in the bathroom that they had just PAINTED OVER. This apartment is WORSE than the previous apartment. Mold all over the bathroom, water under the laminate in the master bedroom. Mold growing in my closet as this progressed. They had a man come in and check the mold and tell us “just don’t use the bathroom” We pay 1800 and i can’t use my bathroom and my bedroom is a warzone. Obviously I am furious. To top this all off we had investigators knock on our door to talk about a MURDER that had occurred in said apartment. A baby. You can look this up!!! This is apartment 910 by the way. All in all DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! there are so many people trying to do a civil suit against this place. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Try 53 west or Arden apartments. The extra 100 or 200 is worth it to not be sick in the hospital due to mold or have your dogs sick and throwing up due to mold! We have contacted corporate they lowered our rent for one month and when we tried to get transferred I found out the apartment that we were supposed to move into had been rented a day before we were to move in! At this point we will have to contact lawyers, save yourself the headache.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and wish I never moved in. When we got new management 6 months ago, I had hopes that things would get better. I was wrong. I was unable to access online pay for 6 months and had to pay via money order but they were hardly in the office whenever I would try to pay my rent on time. They didn’t fix this issue for 6 months even tho I asked monthly. They just kept saying “we’ll look into it” then did nothing about it. They never answer the phones either but they’ll call you over and over when they want to talk to you. They give no notice for anything. I got a call to renew my lease the day before the “deal expired”. These people are unorganized.
The only good thing about this place is the new maintenance guy, he seems to be the only person doing their job here.
This place is not worth what they are charging for rent.

I have lived here for some time now and absolutely I wish I could go back and NEVER live here in the first place. When Renae showed me the apartment in the first place there were bugs all in the light and the place was dirty and the blinds were disgusting and she said they would replace them. NEVER HAPPENED. none of it. You can never get in touch with anyone about anything. No matter how clean you are there are roaches everywhere. The entire complex is so run down and always is smelling like weed from all the neighbors smoking. Literally the entire place is the pure definition or trashy and ghetto. I've complained MULTIPLE times about the mold in my tubs and other half done problems they refuse to address. On top of that the lady Told me to just use clorox. on the MOLD. INSIDE THE FAUCET. Not only that there are ZERO working smoke detectors in my apartment that not only have I stated when we first moved in but also recently and they refuse to provide that ad well and that's a HUGE health hazard.. i really don't know how this place is still operating. You can never get maintenance to fix a problem my appliances half way work or are filled with mold that again... wont address... ALL the window seals covered in mold... horrible loud neighbors and I can't even go on my back porch because they don't even clean them they are disgusting. Any of place i've lived kept up with pest control, monthly air filter change, and pressure washing... these people are here literally just to take your money they don't care about anyone here or their well being. I've been taking photos and screenshots for my attorney because these places are NOT safe to live in and they refuse to do anything about it.
UPDATE: When I genuinely couldn’t think this place could get worse… a couple months ago my AC was leaking and causing a big mold issue and flooding my floors. It took constant pestering and over a month for them to finally fix it. On top of that you can’t ever get anybody to respond to you via email or call. The leasing office stated they “called” however there was never any missed calls. They ILLEGALLY do so many things such as non proper notice to your lease ending (any other place INCLUDING THIS ONE BEFORE NEW MANAGEMENT) gave a 3 month paper at your door. This place called my roommate and gave a TWO DAY RENEWAL NOTICE AND OFFER. On top of that, despite paying rent on time this month their was a small issue and I paid the 6th, I expected a late fee except how my LEASE states a flat rate of $100 they charged 10% of the base rent (1768) so they charged me 176.80 and refuse to fix it. They state they’ll email you and fix this or that but you’ll never hear from them ever. It’s been over a week with consistent daily reach out to them with no response and no fix. Also the amount of fees this place racks up for you , base rent 1768 but you’ll never pay 1915 after fees. after looking around not even the REALLY nice apartments have that many fees.

I love my apartment, but I take pride on keeping it clean and insect free. We recently had a change in Manager (thank goodness), as well as a change in Maintenance. Both seem like they are interested in assisting the residents. Another Maintenance person is a must! Repairs are slow. The rent is getting ridiculous for no advertised amenities. I would not recommend moving here if you are looking for a place with an Exercise, Laundry or Community Room and grilling area. The pool is open occasionally and residents are not allowed to use the Bathroom in the Office although there is a door to access them. The lines in the parking lot need repainting. We have Sorry Owners they want the rent but gives nothing back in return.
Addendum: It's been 6 months since new Management stepped in. T he new Leasing Managers are working diligently to improve the Complex. They are easy to talk to and often as for suggestions on how to improve things. The Maintenance man Johnny and his assistant are fantastic. The repairs have been completed on my apartment quickly and efficiently. Still needs work on certain areas, but I think they will get them done

I have had my kitchen broken since last Friday. I have been to the office more than 4 times and they do not solve anything. I have two children and I have not been able to cook. I need to solve my urgent problem. 0 stars This is horrible.

Sine the new maintenance crew has come in to the complex things are getting done slowly but surely because the last crew failed tremendously thanks to Anai having Iaonis and the other maintenance guys we're staring to get results that have been a long time needed.

We really have been waiting a long time for our AC to be fixed. The place is quiet, we like our neighbors. But the AC is something we’ve been waiting for for the past 3 months, almost since we moved in. Also, the bathroom vanities have been a HUGE issue we’ve made multiple complaints to management about. One was finally swapped out last week, but I didn’t get notice or anything that maintenance was coming. Which is inconvenient because I’m working and didn’t have time to remove anything from the sink. The new maintenance man is very friendly and courteous though. But we do need our AC fixed along with the vanity and we need a screen door replaced since the old maintenance man took ours and threw it off the balcony saying it wasn’t ours. That was it, never replaced it though so bugs get in. So yeah, it’s hot, we can’t open the balcony door.

So far so good, the neighbors are very friendly, the few that I know, so if I wanted to give them a suggestion they should fumigate a lot more to eliminate the flukes and cockroaches and now that summer is coming they come out a lot more but the rest seems calm to me
