“This Aaron's has provided the best customer service, since the first time I needed a washer and dryer, I was young and moved out to live on my own. The proper items needed for my home are essential. I've had a lease to own, on several occasions, and recently I needed a mattress for my daughter, the representative via phone was able to help me by phone and offered delivery, payment setup, and a flexible option. He was well-knowledgeable and considerate of my needs. The delivery was on time, the delivery guys were respectful and on time. I believe customer service is everything and that business will have my business and support. I have recommended several of my friends. I have also purchased electrical devices, for personal or work-related.”
“Was amazed by Home Depot employee Ellen Piquette! After waiting for 15 minutes to get a key made with no one to help me as promised, I then walked way down another aisle to find Ellen with her orange apron on. Although keys weren't her department, she agreed to help, but the key machine had no blank key for what I needed. She spent many minutes to go up a stock ladder searching stock boxes, and finally got my keys made. Outstanding employee service so I found the store manager to let him know Ellen was great!”
“Nice store ,clean, but it seems like they're focusing on employees that have disabilities. Not that I have a problem with that, but when you have a 300 lb plus woman who can't stand more than 5 minutes before she sits on a rolling ladder for the next 20 minutes and I witness this. Just don't understand their way of thinking. I would love to have a job there, but I'm healthy and just can't get my foot in the door”

“Honest, on time and very knowledgeable. They came out and fixed the problem for a far price. We had a secondary problem with the same unit (my fault not there's) and they came back out and fix it. The crazy part is, they billed me and it was $0. Wow is all I could say.
I am recommending them to our neighborhood group and anyone that asks.”
