“I bought the 10’ 2 man tower with stairs for my wife. When I called COG with some questions they were very helpful and pointed me to the nearest dealer. T3 sporting goods in Valdosta. The stand is very easy to set up. I did it by myself. It is light weight but very sturdy. I did have help with the stairs. But once in place very simple to bolt on. I have learned in life no matter how good the product if the costumer service is no good then I don’t want it. I would rate both Custom Outdoors and T3 with 5 stars.”
