I would NEVER recommend ZeroRes for air duct cleaning.
Still attempting to assess the damage done, I actually paid them just to exit the residence because the tech was simply denying there was a problem. No attempt by main tech to troubleshoot or anything.
Tech spent most of the time trying to upsell, but I understand that is what they are encouraged to do by the company…otherwise tech doesn’t make any money.
Tech showed pictures of my air ducts at beginning of job, but didn’t show pictures at end of job as promised, said he was having problems with phone and couldn’t pull pictures up. Tech went through checking off boxes himself in some survey on his phone, that I was likely supposed to check attesting to work done.
It felt like many steps were skipped, they spilled debris from ducts all over new carpet, used window curtains to lay their equipment over as equipment goes out window to truck, tracked leaves through residence.
I simply asked that since Furnace/AC unit (air handler) was working before ZeroRes representatives arrived, I would like for it to be working before they leave. I asked if they could double check to make sure ducts aren’t blocked, the main tech said it’s IMPOSSIBLE that any ducts could be blocked and continued to say the system is working. The assistant knew the system wasn’t working and he made attempts to do a reset. I know what air feels like, and if it isn’t blowing as I set the thermostat to 70/68/65 temps, there is a problem.
Tech advised he was texting his supervisor for about 15 minutes, but only when I called customer service line with tech present is when he called his supervisor.
I have not heard back from any supervisor/manager at ZeroRes, now I have scheduled another company to come in to determine the damage.
I did not want to write this review about these two young men but when the company is not responsive because they received payment, I have to write here and a few other formal complaints.

Very quick and easy carpets look . But the discount they gave was a ruse bc it took 20. Off but added it at end for ‘service charge’. ??♀️

I was highly highly impressed the tech was very nice and excellent at hi job my carpet is 20 years old and I didn’t expect it to come out looking as good as it did will definitely use again but I want the same tech

Zerorez was a great decision. They did a wonderful job getting Pet smells out of the house. I highly recommend them. We used them not only to get the carpet cleaned, but also their technology to clean the pads underneath the carpet. Although, quite expensive, This was a game changer. My only complaint is that the carpet was left very wet and some stains came back through.

Tech Steve was awesome,as usual. He came in and work a long time, on severe spots in carpet. Right now, you can't tell. He is amazing. I appreciate his work, but he also is very polite, and professional. Thanks Steve!!!

Had them out twice and couldn’t get the pet stains out of the carpet. Actually made it smell worse since they don’t clean the carpet pad.

We got our carpets cleaned after some water damage from a hurricane. The tech that came was super helpful in making sure we had all the to make our cleaning successful. The process from booking to payment was very seamless. Highly recommend zerorez

I had high expectations for Zerorez based on the reviews. The technician took over 3 hours to clean three rooms, a hallway, and stairs. He did ok with the stairs but, you could not tell that the other rooms had been cleaned. I had other technicians at my house that day and they also remarked at how the carpet did not look as if they were professionally cleaned. My home carpet cleaner did a much better job than this! It appeared that the technician did not apply enough pressure or solution to the carpets to clean it. I refused to pay the invoice and the company refused to send another technician to redo the job. I will never use this company again!

Date of service: 8/28/24. Overall, the technician did a good job. He showed up on time, was respectful of our home and keeping it clean, and was very professional. The only negative was that he didn’t do a great job getting the moisture out of the carpet in the basement (which is zoned for heating and air, so it’s climate controlled) and it took about four days to get the carpet dry and the smell out using a dehumidifier. I shared this review directly with ZeroRez so hopefully they will share with their technicians so it may help others in the future.

Terrible - Zerorez claimed they knew how to clean rugs. They don't and they destroyed $8k worth of rugs.
Zerorez destroyed 2 rugs, each rug cost roughly 4k each and were wool and of good quality.
One rug came back with significant damage to the corners and new oil stains on it. Both rugs were no longer squared and instead were wavy along the edges. Amazingly both rugs were dirtier after cleaning. Like how does that happen??? It looked like both were cleaned with dirt water and then stretched, pulled, and kicked. No care taken at all. Just destruction.
I went round and round with customer service and managers to fight for a refund. After 2 months of back and forth, my rugs were still destroyed and I finally got a refund. Save yourself the heartache, time waste, and expense - don't use Zerorez for rug cleaning. I can't speak to their other services and after this, I won't risk it.
