If 0 star was a option for this wells Fargo 1625 Indian Trail Road Norcross, GA. 30093 location.I visited this location on 4/7/22 for a wire transfer for a purchase on a home. I waited for over 1 hour to be told 45 mins later by Branch Manager Ryan Fotis that my ID was fake, he could not do the transaction but I can send wire on WF app. The amount I needed to send was well over the amt the online app would accept, that's why I came in to speak with a banker. Im sure if any fraud was being commited 911 would have been called if that was the case. However, I provided all documentation, CA ID, closing paperwork, work ID, and atm cards with pin numbers for all 3 accounts with WF, and still was told no by Ryan Fotis again. I have been a customer since 2015 and have never been told denied from any of my accounts, or discriminated against at any WF anywhere. I was embarrassed, confused, and just felt like, my money was not secure. Restructure is needed immediately.for this location. To anyone who banks with this location or travels out of State DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION..I still have not heard from Wells fargo in regards to the complaint ( business Banker)Elaine filed on my behalf.

Thank goodness this is just my one time come to this bank. Worse customer serivice ever never come back here again.

If I had to use this branch in a daily basis I would close my Wells Fargo account. Terrible customer service and the longest waits. If you have an hour long lunch break your better off driving 20 minutes to a different branch, it will be faster.

I will never go to this bank again, atm eats my debit card by the drive thru so I went inside they told me there nothing they can do because they don't have access to open the Atm, the teller had an attitude like it was my fault. So now I got to wait 14 days to get a new card, because the account is not with them bare in mine a have a well Fargo account with them also... bad customer service

Horrible bank!!! Not helpful at all. I waited over an hour just to receive my temporary card. The bakers/tellers are rude and very unprofessional.. take the drive to find a better WF.

I am a new customer with Wells Fargo. I came into the branch to order checks. My issue is that once I entered the facility, I was completely ignored by the staff. I looked around for help and everyone seemed busy, except one gentlemen. He was in a shirt and tie (different from the rest of the staff), he looked straight at me from his desk (several times) and just continued sitting there without any acknowledgement. Finally, I stopped an employee walking by (with his coffee) and asked for help. Turned out none of the customers sitting in the lobby had been acknowledged! The employee then created a list so that we could be seen in order. My issue (if not apparent) is that customer service should be everyone's job. The guy behind the desk, with the tie on, seemed as if he was in management and acted as if it was beneath him to assist a customer........I found out that the shirt and tie guy was from a "different department" and utilizes the office space when they have "appointments", yet he is still an employee of Wells Fargo. I think I'll write to corporate about him. Side note: the rest of the staff were courteous and the remainder of my visit was good.

#2 Worst bank second to Bank of America . Idk what I was thinking of opening an account here. Their ATMs are Always messed up, one of them ate my card & was so mad .. The Wells Fargo app is never up to date. Don't recommend this bank to anyone , waste of time .

The customer service here at this location is very prompt and eager to serve your every banking needs. They don't leave you sitting at the waiting area and forget about you. Their very courteous about acknowledging you and your time waiting and also will offer you some complimentary coffee or tea.
