They should provide better service! They refuse to make any request, always claiming that an appointment is needed. Valeria refused to make a card request because I need an appointment for that, and said branch was completely empty.

Pretty bad when you have a company account and the account holder can't hardly get a check cash but somebody come watch one for 8 or 10,000 and get it cashed immediately White yeah that's how it goes at Wells Fargo sometimes

The bank tellers are super friendly and can translate in several languages to assist customers. If you have questions about banking or starting new accounts they will gladly help.

Notary people are giving you more problems and making their own rules . It’s a signatory notary !!! . I called Gwinnett county superior court and filed complaint that if the document is signed previously and that person is present and ready to sign again and verify signature would he need to back to county to get another form ? It’s outrageous. I am going to go bottom of that. When inexperienced notary personal making their own rules and give hard time to their own clients .

I went to an ATM in Chamblee/on Peachtree road and the deposit service was not working,after that I decided to go to that branch in Jimmy Carter with Buford,I had the same bad experience,the deposit service was not available.When,I decided to leave I lost one bill,($$) accidentally I dropped it ,but the next customer saw it and she got it,she should have given it to me,but for her was easier to take it for herself.it was so easy to say, becareful you lost that bill,or is this yours? HONESTY please! I would like to know if you with your outside cameras,can help me to recognize that person? I remember her,but only you can see clearly what customer was behind me.The ATM registered our information,of course.That sad situation happened on April 3rd/22 before 7:00 pm,maybe 6:40pm.Thank you so much.

Used the drive through teller and they never returned my debit card or ID. Tried to call them to see if they have it and they kept transferring me over to Wells Fargo Customer service and you can’t actually reach anyone at the bank location. Don’t use this bank.Update: I went to the location and was informed that they put the ID card and debit card inside the envelope with the money and they sealed it. I saw the sealed envelope and didn’t think they would put my cards in there as well which is my fault but should be informed upon giving the envelope. I will update the review accordingly but still rate 3 stars due to not being able to reach a bank teller through phone. They immediately transfer you to wells Fargo customer service which is just general customer service and not for the specific location.

Update your info that you cannot take walk-in notary and that it’s appointment only. She was condescending and rude, why put this lack of customer service lady up front? I’ve been a long time customer of Wells Fargo before it was even bought out by Wells Fargo.

Rude , I was told to go to another branch... workers didn’t even ask why I was there.. just sent away... I have been banking with Wellsfargo for over 15 years... this branch is horrible

Visited bank for my online account issue I have been having. Asks for access code and call support. I have been having this issue for 1 month and unable to do anything. Supper is unable to verify with by pin, security password, ssn and all bla bla details. They asked me to visit. On reaching this location the lady at the entrance does not allow me to go in. Instead asks me to take appointment or show what is going on in my phone. Between she started speaking to some other person and that was irritating. I just had to walkway.
