Great service and setup from Vision. I had a question about the desktop I purchased almost a year ago. Support followed up with my concern within moments and addressed my concerns.Adam explained and clarified the technical aspect and assured everything is running as intended after a complete remote scan and cleanup of several items.A wait time of less than 10 minutes overall because Vision was already helping another client is awesome customer service, especially when the remote session was complete in 20 minutes or less.
