Went there on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 9:39AM. The sign on the door said they would be closed until noon. Nobody was inside.
This is ridiculous. You can’t just decide when you’ll be open or closed. People rely on business hours. There needs to be more accountability to the community and better service.

The lady at the desk is very thorough and competent and while it may annoy some customers she is simply making absolute sure everything is correct so that your letter or package don’t get lost.
The Decatur and Lilburn locations have lost some of my mail and had significant delays in many more letters and packages being delivered while the lady who works here does her part to keep that from happening

The truth is, the staff is very unpleasant. They are very rude and they treat you reluctantly, they are there to serve and they charge a salary. And although one is not going to do it for free, they have a very bad face and serve you in a bad way, the truth is the service is terrible.

Bring few envelopes and usps employee (Asian lady) did not take them, she told me I have to go to kisoko and do it my self. There is no kisko at this location. Unbelievable

The Veitnamese lady working over the counter is terrible, she argued with an elderly disable lady because the lady has a speech challenge due to disability. This lady seems like she does not like her job, she is always disgruntled with customers, she needs to be trained or replaced with a better customer service rep. This lady gives a bad image regarding customer sercice for USPS.Pls check other people reviews in here and y’all can see other customers experienced the same thing: bad customer service from her!

Postal clerk refused to accept a prepaid labeled package and instructed me to go to the main post office, which I've never heard of it so I had to go a different post office. it took me additional 19 minutes driving. I asked a clock and she said all post office is supposed to accept the prepaid. I think I was misinformed. so upset I wasted my time on weekend ?
