worst experience ever, went to get my passport done, got it in and then it’s been almost two months and it hasn’t even arrived to the facility to get it done after they gave me an estimate of 8-11 weeks! When I called, they barely answered and the guy that did said to give him til Friday and didn’t do anything! I finally got fed up went they gave me a refund not even for the full amount but they were nice enough to retake my picture. My birth certificate and old passport is still lost somewhere, what they claim is stuck! Not to mention the Hispanic girl supervisor that was helping up was supposed to go get paperwork for our refund, and disappeared left for lunch or who knows where! Never came back, most of them are rude, and the one who knew the most about passports was probably Sandra! The service was terrible, all the options they gave me were horrendous, they are rude, and always in a hurry! They took advantage that I was you g to take they time and ignore my complaint but if you are getting a passport, DO NOT GO HERE! The supervisors aren’t even good either and I spoke to two of them!

Very bad service. Open time missing my items and not delivering and say held in office but when I came here for pickup they said don't have it. And even a super visor never showed up. It's so so terrible place and terrible delivering service

If I could give them 0 stars I would poor customer service . Representative had an attitude . I had an issue with a package he spoke to me as if I was the issue . All I was trying to do is find my package . I don’t be coming back .

This place is not opened on MLK. Drove all the way down there since it said its opened on MLK day until 5 pm and too bad it is closed. Please maintain the office hours correctly

Today is 12/27/23 walked in white lady with blond hair rushing people at 4:45 pm very rude to latino customers, not to mention the black lady with glasses also rushing people. Any how I had so many excuses to not ship my package, naw Im going tl have an unhappy customer for a late package, instead of helping with solutions I was rushed and on top added about $80 for 4 day shipping. Very misreable employees need to be fired!

Went for my passport appointment the employee called out didn’t notify me , waste my time they don’t care. Went the next day for the walk in hours 8:30-9:30 said I need an appointment. No consideration for the time I took off. Gave ne another location to go CLOSED Nasty pple that don’t care about the time you waste… complete losers

It was clean inside and there is plenty of parking. It is outdated, but again cleaned and seemed to be well taken care of. I used the automated system and it was very straightforward and easy to use. They even have a little work station you can use to apply your stamps. I was mailing out my Christmas cards so I needed 30 stamps and figured it would be easier to come here and it was. I wish they would have had an option to choose Christmas stamps but they didn’t and it’s probably harder to have different options I guess? I didn’t go inside to the customer counters, but people seemed to be coming and going and none seemed angry or frustrated when they left. All in all it’s a Post Office but a good one. They do passports at this location and they can even take your photo. You just have to schedule an appointment. I’ll keep it in mind when it’s time for me to renew.

One star is a lot, I am not from this area; however, every time out of the 5 times I had come to this post office I get the worst customer service ever, people here are rude, have no empathy at all. Maybe is a cultural thing, since I see no diversity in their staff (get it ?). Should change the staff for sure maybe other races are able to demonstrate better customer service skills, specially in that area where 100% of the clients are Hispanic and probably most of them illegally residents, they don’t deserve to be treated they way this people treat their clients.

The black lady with glasses was very rude. Juliana and Al(Hispanic guy I believe) helped me even tho I was frustrated about documents the 800 # deemed appropriate but not the case. I was still able to get what I needed and appreciate them serving me when I arrived very close to closing. Good service for the need.

Worst experience i’ve ever had a post office. Didn’t even send my package. Not sure why the worker had such a nasty attitude when I didn’t do anything to her. Totally understand why they have a 1 star average.

Been trying to get our address validated in Norcross for 4 weeks now. We have visited this location for the last 4 weeks and they said they would do it and call us back. Every week the same thing. No call back and our new address has not been validated. How can one post office have the most incompetent people in one place and nobody is held accountable to do a better job. Maybe the supervisor just doesn't care either. Going back in again tomorrow. This location needs new employees and management from the top down.
