Terrible we was 5 people waiting in the lane and these cashier she was talking in the phone and ignored the lane I told her she need better customer service and she replied to me get out they have camera probably not working and she is the supervisor ?

The employees at this post office are beyond rude. Specifically there is what I guess is a female manager that works the back deck where businesses can drop off packages that has been rude to me and every member of my staff. It makes it worst that the only reason we come to drop packages is because the driver that is supposed to pick up packages from my home skips us every Monday and Friday. I am not one to complain because every one has a bad day but this is now a trend. There is no excuse for rudeness and poor customer service.

Old white woman is extremely rude! Seems like she hasn’t gotten laid and taking it on the customers, there was elder who was having trouble reading the instructions and she was yelling at him on the top of her lungs to get in the back of line because he was holding up the line. The hell is wrong with her?!?!? Rude woman!! No wonder she has so many wrinkles on her raggedy skin.

Of all the times I've gone to pick up packages that haven't been delivered. People are so terrible they never give me my packages with the pretext that they sent it somewhere else as I hate going there and seeing that disgusting woman ?

I’ve been dealing with USPS around Gwinnett for years. I spent $200-$1,000 on USPS EVERYDAY. I’ve always bought food, snack, drink for USPS staff both at front desk and loading dock. Recently moved my office to Norcross and this USPS is on the way home. So I dropped my packages here a lot. My experience especially with the loading dock here has been very very TERRIBLE!! 2 ladies are so very rude, bad attitude, no work ethic, no manners, seem to have anger issue. A simple question can send them off. It’s sad that we can’t actually do anything besides avoiding. USPS should offer their staff counseling session ??♀️

This post office is full of thieves they say on the website package delivered at mailbox knowing well it can’t fit in the box and should be taken to the door and they never investigate complaints unless you make noise

I was served by a very unpleasant person who threw my packages and yelled at me. I think he was a little racist and at that moment he was very rude to me. A person like that should not be recording for the United States Postal Service since his acrimony is terrible. It was very too bad I will definitely not return to that place

I'm giving this postoffice a 1 star due to service we got trying to get our mail the lady by the name Laurie at front desk brown hair pink nails was very rude she looked like she had been irritated already. But it doesn't give her the right to be rude to your guest

I run a distribution company and have complained to this branch multiple times through different levels of communication. They fail to fulfill business needs and customer promise. I request next day pick ups and receive emails the following day with a confirmation number of the pick up being complete but my packages are still sitting in the location. This location's operation is atrocious.
