They are extremely friendly and transparent and NOT Greedy! Example, I have taken Nike returns to this location and Nike wants you to print the return label at the UPS store and it’s free returns for Nike members and this store prints that out and doesn’t charge me anything and is so friendly and they take care of that return. Now, if I go to the Johns Creek location by Publix and the Indians that work there they will charge me $1.67 for that same label because they nickel and dime you and they are rude as hell so here’s the difference.

Truly the BEST UPS store I’ve done business with. My experience with other Norcross locations has never been as great this one. All the employees are friendly, helpful, and FAST! In and out very quickly with Amazon returns. Truly appreciated!!!

This UPS Store is FANTASTIC. In contrast with the one over by the Kroger down Holcomb Bridge, the Spalding UPS Store is an example of what UPS should be like. Thank you for making every interaction seamless and quick. You guys have set the standard for above and beyond service.
