The parts guy is really smart guy and always gets me the correct parts. My problem is anytime after 1 o clock everyone’s at lunch. What time is lunch? 1-3 3-5 who freakin knows. It wouldn’t be so bad if they would answer the phone. I guess it’s at lunch to.

Horrible service.i ordered a trans oil pump, my card was charged more than what i was quoted and was sent the wrong one.when i tried to call them it took forever to get someone on the phone.when i finally spoke to someone i was told that the correct part would be sent out.what i wasn't told was that i would have to pay for the part AGAIN.the part came c.o.d. so i called kris(from counter sales)about the issue he was very unhelpful."what do you want me to do? It's not my fault and it's only $147 were a few things he told me.(btw $147 is more than what i paid for the part the first time).i returned the new part AND the part that was originally sent for a refund...it's been almost 3 weeks,i still haven't been refunded my money.myself and my shop will never do business with them again.
