Very bad work they have done for me, they are not responsible for the faults they have, they ordered a part for my truck on eBay, they charged me $260 for the part and the part was not available, I returned it to them and they did not want to give me my money back. I know that the part did not cost that amount, after many days, like three weeks of returning the part, they only gave me back $160 and they acted offended, it was a used part. Before that work, they put a transmission in another truck and when they put it back in, they overfilled it with oil and the 4 × 4 box leaked oil and so they put it back without oil. I was stuck in Texas and on the way to Mexico and it cost me $1500 for the part with the work and they did not take responsibility, so I lost $1500 for the first truck and 100 for the second. These mechanics do a very bad job and they are not honest, they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I do not recommend them at all, there must be better mechanics, we must look for them…….

I have been dealing with Mauricio for a few years now. Probably have given him around in total $3000 for working on my car over the years. I have felt like he was over charging me but as a single women with 3 kids you do what you have to do for them. With that being said this incident was the last straw. My turn signal was damage and was causing my headlights to come on in the middle of the night. Which also kept causing my battery to go dead. I took the car to him and he stated that it would be $150 to replace the part If I buy the part myself which I did. I ask why so much he stated he had to take the whole steering column off. And that will be 4 hours of labors. Usually I try to you tube things and see before hand but didn't have the time. It was the day before my son 1st birthday party and I really needed my car. Mauricio told me to take one of the cars from the auto sales because it will take him 4 hours to fix mines. So long story short I found time to you tube the turn signal and found out it was only a 15-20 minute job to replace and the whole steering column did not need to come off. I showed him the video and asked him why would you lie to me like that after all the money I have been spending with you throughout the years. He looked at me and said you people which I felt was very racism being that I am a African American. He continued by saying we always want something for nothing. And I needed to pay him for his time and his knowledge. Even after showing him the video he still charged me the $150 for a 15 min job. People these days are so money hungry and will do anything to get over on people.
