“On 8/23/24, I came to GM Tires to get a Used Tire for a 2014 Nissan Rogue SL AWD car that uses a tire size of 225/60R18. I spoke with William who was very personable and professional. He was able to provide me with a Dunlop Conquest Sport A/S 225/60R18 100V M+S (Tread Wear 500 ; Traction AA ; Temperature A) for $70 including installation and labor. For the price, the Used Tire is in good condition and the tread is good. William and his assistant were efficient and quick and done within 15 mins. I've been to GM Tires before about a year a half ago to get a Used Tire for a different car. I had an issue with the tire on the 2nd day and when I brought it back, William took care of the issue right away with no hassle and made sure problem was resolved. William is great and its great to deal with a person who will take care of you and no hassles.”

“I visited this place on 8/8 and purchased two used tires for $60/each, the service was quick everyone was friendly and extremely professional. Unfortunately, I woke up on the morning of 8/9 and my tire was completely flat. I went to sit up my tire. And after my car sitting for hours, it was low again. I called and notified the staff of this issue and they were so gracious on helping find a solution. My tire was replaced the afternoon of 8/9 with no hesitation, they were extremely apologetic for the inconvenience.
I highly recommend this place. Great small owned business with a friendly staff that is honest and genuine. I will definitely be visiting them again.”

“I damaged two tires hitting pot holes in Norcross. My car had to be towed to Latinos Tires before they were open. I was able to call them a few hours later to explain why my car was there and where the keys were. They charged me a very fair price for two new tires to be installed and balanced. The customer service was amazing and I will be going back for any other tire needs and recommending them to anyone who asks in the future!”

“The store manager (José) really helped my family. My boyfriend's computer on his car was going out and it turns out ge needed a new connector for his battery. So, José got us taken care of AND gave us some power steering fluid as well. As I left the store, he also told us to be safe. There aren't many kind or caring people working out there, but he was so kind and understanding that we were in a pinch and needed quick service. He was so helpful, kind, and he didn't dance around the problem or exaggerate the problem. Sweet, simple, and smart.
