My experience at The Carter @4250 was amazing. I knew from the moment we toured the apartment, it was going to be my new home. If anyone looking for an apartment and wants to talk to someone who’s patient and gets the job done. ask to speak to Ms. Deshay .she will make sure you get everything you need .

I've been battling this apartment complex for 3 years about mold in my unit. Now we have a leak in out kitchen ceiling to the point where the ceiling is crumbling and the wall is falling apart. I called maintenance 2 days ago and all they said was they need permission from their supervisor to do any repairs. Water is falling more now and still nothing has been done 2 days later. I have 3 kids and this place could care less about my mold or this leak. Would give a ¼ star if I could.

DeShay has been very helpful with my move-in experience from my first initial tour up until my actual move in date. She is very pleasant and I’ve had no issues at this property thus far.

DeShay was the most honest and reliable person to schedule a tour with!!!! She really made feel like it was my home even though it was a tour. I still felt as though it was my home and that what I love !!! I definitely recommend moving to this location if you are in Norcross Ga !!

I came in today for a tour , leasing agent DeShay was very helpful . She went above and beyond . I was worried about if my bed was going to fit in the bedroom . She went back to the office and grab measuring sticks to determine whether or not it would . She answered all my questions and was just overall great . Thank you DeShay.

Me an my wife moved here in 2018 nice place but over the years got worse never had any bugs in my house, actually moody, nasty people, upstairs trash, outside, food, and stuff on the balcony, stomping and running all night, report it to the office would not do anything because they are Hispanic pest control is included in your rent. You have to go to the office and let them know still want put u no list and they said they did My wife car got stolen her packages. Also got stolen. My neighbors package got stolen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you were Hispanic.

I scheduled an appointment for a tour for 12:30pm today online. After a lady called me to confirm my appointment for today at 12:30. I took off work to come and NO ONE IS IN THE OFFICE. I've called every single number and did get an answer! This is the worst service every and I will be looking for an apartment elsewhere. This is highly ridiculous and I would like to speak to management as soon as possible

Terrible there homes are roach infested and they let you move in like that ! Cob webs everywhere and molded walls .

The application process for this complex is smooth and everyone I spoke to at the office were all extremely helpful, sweet, and accommodating to our needs. I truly enjoyed working with them. In particular Mabel and Rosalina were very sweet and prompt in initiating communication and replying to emails.

I moved in to these apartments late last year and Rosalina was very helpful and patient with me and was able to answer all my questions that I had. If I had requested any maintenance work orders, they were quick to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend for others to come live in this amazing community.

I'm a vendor that frequently come here and while the apartments are OK the biggest bright spot are the office staff, especially Rosalina Silva. She's very cheerful and punctual. She also makes sure that what I need is ready and waiting before I get there. Definitely an asset to the apartment complex.

Mabel is amazing! I toured this place Friday and already moving in the following Thursday. She helped tremendously throughout the process. From her enthusiasm to her bubbly personality, it definitely impacted me to jump aboard so quickly. She is awesome!

I've been a resident for some time now and I've been very happy with this property. The manager Myra Sanchez has been very on top of work orders and responding to emails, etc. The staff is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall I'd say I'm happy with the selection I made by moving into this community.

I had a very nice experience finally at an apartment complex, the worker I think her name was Rosalina Silva was very professional and listened to what I had to say in detail and helped me figure everything out, definitely going back to her if I ever need anything again.
