Things were done tacky! Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Items broken and resolve was argue mentative! What you get quoted is never what you get. Disappointed

They did an AMAZING job! They all had a very optimistic attitude and were all coming up with different strategies to move specific things. They let the customers know if they planned on doing a task (like breaking things down) and effectively communicated amongst each other.
One of the members of the group set up my room entirely without being asked to! This blew my mind when I went to my room to get things set up after I woke up, but it had already been done for me. If I could give this review more stars I definitely would! ?

The rundown: 8 movers and 2 trucks to move from a 4 bd 2.5 bath (without a basement) to a 4 bd 3 ba with a basement, and it took 6.5 hours. We only went over by .5 hrs due to a troublesome fridge that wasn't fitting through doorways but resolved ?).
My estimate was for 6 hours. They did an amazing job! Sean and his team movers were polite, courteous, professional, prompt, and a delight to be around ??.
Side note, for efficiency and to stay close to the estimated time and cost. I strategized and did the following:
In the "Old Home" my family and I...
- Packed everything ahead of time
- Disassembled 80% furniture
- Put all boxes in the garage (only leaving furniture and appliances in the home for the most part)
- Transported the mirrors ourselves
- Put food from fridge in 2 large coolers then transported ourselves
- Transported the mower, trimmer, and blower, etc. ourselves
In the "New Home" the movers moved...
- All boxes in the garage (so we could sort thru ourselves)
- All furniture in specific rooms
- Only a few things like bikes and holiday stuff in the basement
- NEW home fridge and range to garage
- OLD home fridge and range into new home

This company damaged a lot of my items. My couch was dragged across the ground and damaged, my 65 inch television which was basically new was cracked. They broke several things inside of my boxes even though they were labeled as fragile. I paid almost 800 dollars for a move that was 2 mins away. I also told one of the movers that my couch was damaged and he said that they would take care of it if I called in. I didn’t realize that they had cracked my television until I plugged it in later and was told that it was too late to file a claim. That makes zero sense. How would I know it was cracked until I had a chance to evaluate it. They moved my things into a storage facility so I had no way of knowing until I moved them back out. They slung my things around without a care in the world. Please stay away from take away. They definitely TOOK MY THINGS AWAY…… lost more money in the end.

Rarely does a moving company (or any company) take the time to check in mid service, yet these folks did. Not only that, each of the movers offered their hand, introduced themselves, thanked me for hiring them, smiled and was friendly. They finished in the alloted time and were extremely helpful. I am not easy to win over but these guys have done it and I highly recommend. Great job and thank you again!

From the beginning this moving experience was horrible. Do not use them. - arrived late - insufficient number of packers - broken and weak packing boxes and poor quality tape that ripped off allowing boxes to spill contents - gave us an estimate and then showed up with far too little in supplies. We had to buy boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and packing paper on our own when they ran out - many boxes had poorly packed items. We had to go back through all of them and re-pack. - We fired this company halfway through the job because of how poor the service was. Then packed on our own. - Still had to pay full amount despite this, so used them to load truck which I had to supervise on how to properly load out to maximize space.
