Absolutely horrible service. Told me my personal account was separated from a family member last year. Then recently they precede to take $577 out of my account for overdrafts fees from my relatives account. Without notifying me they were withdrawing funds. The worst part my relative settled the debts and negotiated away the fees before closing the account months ago. Next we separate the account again. Only to get a call a week later saying they added her back. This whole brand is terrible and this site doesn’t know what they are doing. I’m closing my account with the absolutely useless bank.

I’m a former employee at this location. They wrote me up and penalized for mental health conditions that I have, depression, anxiety and ADHD. When I spoke to my manager about it she told me she can’t comphrend as to what I’m saying because she’s not a “medical health professional.” She showed me no remorse or consideration about my issue and proceeded to pressurize me to sign my final written up. I don’t think you need to be a medical health professional to understand depression, anxiety or ADHD.You need some common sense.

Bad customer service! Would have an easier time driving to the Marietta branch than dealing with them. They have problems with simple transactions I can only imagine how they handle something bigger.

This Norcross Georgia Synovus Bank branch is all that you would want in a bank; friendly staff, including their branch manager who are most accommodating to the banking needs of their customers. It is a most pleasant environment which follows Covid prevention protocols. Their banking hours are longer and better than their competition! I’m expanding my banking relationship with them as a result.

Slowest service ever. Every time I come I’m here for 20-30 minutes just to get change!!! Thank god I bank with Wells Fargo! Ridiculous

Kept charging me for services I closed years ago. Can't reach anyone at the branch via telephone, must go through "corporate". Difficult to impossible to do any "personal banking."

This bank is horrible. Customer service at the dunwoody branch is horrible. The manager didn't even care to help. Then this bank cuts my check and I have to pay them to cash it. Don't use the Bank of North Georgia. This is the worst bank I've ever in countered. They lost me as a customer and everyone I kno that uses them

I could not believe the experience. I've never been to a bank where they charge you to cash a check. I could not believe it. My company does a lot of business with this bank, and I walk in to cash a check, and they charge away. Don't put your damn name on the check if your going to charge me to cash it. I'll be taking my business somewhere else!
