I was still waiting some time before doing this in favor of everyone else but I just read a review in which a lady explained a similar situation happeningand feel that can't wait to advise the community. It can’t be a coincidence they closed my account for no reason and stole over $25k and even keep saying after two months I will not get a check and i won't get access to the funds and they will send it to a government institutions. I was racially profiled by sadly my own country fellow Laura Martinez also, the so called manager Susan slack undermined me and my wife when we went to complaint about the situation. They are the worst bank ever!!!! They stole my money after opening a new account and refusing to give me a reason why . I have no idea when my thousands of dollars will be returned to me so we already file a complaint against this particular branch and the bank in general on the FDIC.

I am going to give this location much gratitude thanks to the Branch Leader Susan Slack. There was an issue and she solved it faster than the issue started when it arrived at her desk. That's true competence and care for clients. Thank you so much.

My husband & I just completed a process to move an auto loan to Truist and Mark Palm was just the best advocate to do this work. He had everything ready when we came in and this was the most seamless process for a loan ever. If you need help with a loan at Truist and are in the Peachtree Corners area - contact Mark Palm. You will be very happy with his work and efforts.BTW, this branch has some of the best and pleasant staff of any Truist I have used.

Came here to withdraw money. Teller accused my signature that has not changed since I was 13 of not matching and required 4 other forms of ID.I would not recommend coming here for banking.

Feedback 2 of 2The 2nd location: 3/5, 2/5 with all things considered. The 1st location is a ZERO 1/5. The customer experience needs to be streamlined & more efficient. Bankers need to be knowledgeable & speak with confidence. If you need to get help after each step & talk it over with a colleague, then you probably aren’t ready for 1x1 transactions. From a customer perspective, your credibility is shot the moment you do this. Truist should hire a 3rd party consultant to address these issues to improve their customer experiences online & in-person. FOUR hours of my TIME unpaid! Ridiculous. Faux pas.

Do not use this branch. Horrible customer service. I am going to be closing my account because of how badly this branch treats people.

What took me 90 sec entering online, took a "senior relationship banker" some two hours to complete! I entered the 1st branch at 10:32 a.m. & did not leave the 2nd branch until 2:01 p.m. YIKES!The customer(service)experience demonstrated by the branch manager (Susan) & the personal banker(s)(Kristen) at this location (6095 Peachtree Ind Blvd 30092) were unacceptable, subpar, judgmental, incompetent, bigoted, green, prejudice(racist), obtuse, & left much to be desired. One of the last places you should attempt to judge a book by its cover is in a financial institution. The customer effort was unnecessarily increased. I tried ad nauseum via self-service to set up a new account for a small business checking to no avail. The online prompt asks if you are a current Truist member (I Am) & to login with your credentials - only for you to complete the app & receive "We can't verify your identity, but we'd love to help you complete an application - Error Code: 130". Ambiguity & vagueness are frustrating. What an arduous process.I reluctantly made an appointment for the following day at 10:30 a.m. & Susan SLACK confirmed via e-mail the following morning; I also received an automated notification & a missed phone call with no voicemail which is unprofessional & not best practice. The ATM at this location NEVER works even when it was SunTrust. I had to LEAVE & go to another ATM to get my opening deposit. I counted 7 bankers, & no one came to assist for over 30 mins upon my arrival, I was greeted but not seen. Kristen begrudgingly took me, sighing & what not. Deflecting, no ownership or accountability, very poor active listening skills with poor positioning statements. Kristen stressed about a work call they were all just on, complimented my physical appearance, and my laugh. Kristen stated she had 12 years of exp, yet the confidence & knowledge were not there. She struggled with printing & answering my ?'s. I asked for management. I was treated as if "I" were incompetent, or my business info was "questionable". I was not confident in what Kristen was saying. The manager never came. Seems on par based on other reviews. After being there for over an hour- I left. Character limits prevent me from detailing in totality. It was so cringe; I couldn't believe I was dealing with an adult let alone a FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL!Know your product. Know your business. The 2nd location (8390 Holcombe Br Rd 30022) had better soft skills (somewhat) but the knowledge & efficiency were equally lackluster. The process took WAY TOO LONG! 15-20 min TOPS! I had EVERYTHING printed in BOLD which should have made the process EVEN FASTER! I learned Kristen entered my phone # wrong & an erroneous e-mail on my profile! Basic things like correct capitalization of a name/noun, entering the data correctly as provided to you i.e., LLC not Llc, James Wu not james wu, Owner not Manager, etcetera was frustrating to deal with at both locations. No one ever addressed the initial error code & why I was unable to complete it myself! You should have to demonstrate (& prove) your competency before working 1x1 with a customer. The fact that BOTH bankers struggled with how to successfully process a "Special Offer" promo code is unacceptable. It took calling the Promotions Dept. & a Call Center Agent to walk the customer facing banker Vito through something they should be able to speak to confidently & do with their eyes closed. Had this call not been placed, the "guarantee" that Vito gave was null. I would have NOT received my promotion even though I was assured it WAS entered correctly, even after I made it CLEAR from the beginning, I did not want this messed up (SEVERAL complaints online from customers losing out on a promo due to mishandling by banker). The CONTACT AGENT(Justin) Vito spoke with was the only person at Truist that I felt was confident & I could trust what they were saying - AND I ONLY OVERHEARD THEM!

This branch is terrible. No one is helpful and the teller will spread lies pretending they don’t know you or your situations.

Easily the worst branch ever. The branch manager is extremely cold. She will talk about you if she thinks you are not listening. She called me dysfunctional and said me and my partner were disorganized. Keep in mind, last week I went into this branch and waited 2 hours for NO one to even say hello to me. So let's not talk about dysfunctional.I am shocked that she is a manager for a branch. Should be fired on the spot. I plan to take my entire relationship elsewhere very soon. Tired of the support I get from these people. The only silver lining is my business banker. He has been solid thru it all.

I have never ever had a bad experience at this bank no matter which branch. I believe that if you treat people the way you would like to be treated you would have no problems. Always smile. I am always greeted with respect there. Was there today to see a notary, greeted with a smile and handshake.
