5 stars for this year spoke, we had some good memories. What can I say besides these guys care about their customers and care about providing a quality product.

Have never had a quality control issue other than one cracked mug which they immediately replaced. I order mugs, tumblers, journals and notebooks from Spoke and I'm very happy with the quality.

I sent a bad review a few days ago. A family member didn't let me know she open package sent to us and took product out of package. I asked later what the package was and was told it came for me. Which of course my name was on package because I bought the product for her.
