I've had absolutely the worst experiences with this company. I paid over $22,000 for kitchen cabinets and 7 months later, they still have not finished the job. I originally placed my order with Woodstone Cabinetry, which got acquired by Simply Kitchens. I worked with Jonathan and the design and ordering process went well but after that, it's all been terrible. There were several missing or damaged parts. There's a lot of blaming and finger pointing on all sides- the manufacturer installers, sales, etc. Emails, phone calls go unanswered. There is no accountability here. They take your money and refuse to finish the project. Steer clear of this company.

Dealt with Reka and she was great. Gave us some good ideas too and went above and beyond looking at countertops and hardware for cabinets. I would recommend them!

Working with Simply Kitchens has simply been a nightmare. Do NOT give them your business. My husband and I bought cabinets (paid in full, around $24k) in February of 2022. Originally, our cabinets were supposed to arrive in April and the installation was to occur in early May. Shortly after placing the order, our sales rep left the company and our order was never processed. They didn’t tell us this until we followed up around the expected time of delivery. By this time, we had already demo’d our kitchen so that we could be ready for installation.Sometimes things happen…so although we were disappointed, we worked with the simply kitchens team to lock in a new timeline. Now, the cabinets would arrive in late May. If only we knew that this wouldn’t be the end of our woes with simply kitchens. The delivery of the cabinets continued to be pushed back…late May became June and June became July. Every time there was a delay we had to reach out to Simply kitchens to find that out—no proactive communication.The cabinets have since arrived but now installation (which we also prepaid for) has been the challenge. We have had the cabinets for a month now and for two weeks simply kitchens did not return our phone calls and e-mails to schedule the installation. When we finally get a hold of someone, we are able to schedule for the following week. As you can probably guess, they didn’t keep their word on that agreed upon date. The installation has now been moved three times. Who knows if these cabinets will ever get installed.At every step of the way, it’s been difficult to get a hold of anyone with the authority to address this. Customer service has been terrible at every step of the way. Do not trust Simply Kitchens to do any project in your home. They are negligent and all too eager to take your money without delivering the services and products you’ve paid for in a timely and professional manner. We knew going into this that the pandemic could cause delays… but every delay can be attributed to negligence on their part. The least they could’ve done was communicate with us, but they simply can’t do that well either.Can’t say it enough…AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My Wife and I decided to give Simply Kitchen an opportunity to assist with the remodel of our Kitchen. We invested thousands of dollars to what has become one of the worst investment decisions and most horrible experience.The cabinets had been delivered on 3/4/22. The installers arrived 3 weeks after the delivery date.We were assured by their delivery contractor that ALL of the cabinets had been hand counted 3 times prior to the completion of delivery. Upon pick up, once in the delivery truck and once delivery was completed.The installers had informed us that there were cabinets missing and that Simply Kitchen had prior knowledge of this matter but had failed to communicate that info with us. This has halted the install and has left us with no kitchen only to resort to having to eat out every day breakfast, lunch and dinner(family of 6) in addition, to having a total mess in our home for over a month.The communication with Kyle and his boss have been like “pulling teeth” just to get any updates on this matter. I would highly suggest to STAY AWAY from these folks and find a reputable designer/contractor to assist with your project.4/15 UPDATE: I wish we had one! Another week down and still no updates. This is RIDICULOUS!4/20 - STILL NO UPDATES! Filed a complaint with the BBB.4/29 - Delivery of what was supposed to be the backordered cabinets turned out to be discontinued cabinets with different trim colors and measurements. The custom made range hood is of different trim color from the rest. The crown molding is apparently still on back order. Apparently, we were informed that everything was manufactured locally with the exception of the hood.5/4 - What was supposed to be a 3 week project has now reached 60 days and still no where near completion.10/15 - Still waiting on damaged cabinet doors to be replaced as promised. Everyone just continues to pass the buck.

If we could give this place 0 star we would. My wife and I went to this place since our contractor recommended it. Heather Samples is one of the managers in that place who was "helping us", and her customer service is terrible. We ordered the pieces for my wife's closet and a lot of them were missing. We talked to Heather about the situation, and she stop responding our emails and calls. My contractor said he went to her office and waited on her for 45 mins, and she never showed up. This place is a disaster. We spent almost $2000 for a closet that was poorly made and incomplete. We will never do business with this company again. We are taking our business somewhere else. We do not recommend this place to anyone. They are not responsive, they don't care about their clients. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

i made 2 purchase orders in February of this year and i really regret them. my sales person was fired and the larger team sat on my orders for 3 full weeks until i called them for an update. the woman working my account now has emailed me a total of 3 times and doesn't return my calls or answer my questions (she has the parent orgs customer service team do that)only 1 order has a countertop purchase and they've sent the wrong information to that supplier so they're even preventing other people from doing their jobs properlyevery issue i've encountered has been due to human error and negligence (no supply chain delays, no inventory issues, just laziness)find another cabinet provider to do business with. i won't use these folks again

i made 2 purchase orders in February of this year and i really regret them. my sales person was fired and the larger team sat on my orders for 3 full weeks until i called them for an update. the woman working my account now has emailed me a total of 3 times and doesn't return my calls or answer my questions (she has the parent orgs customer service team do that)only 1 order has a countertop purchase and they've sent the wrong information to that supplier so they're even preventing other people from doing their jobs properly every issue i've encountered has been due to human error and negligence (no supply chain delays, no inventory issues, just laziness) find another cabinet provider to do business with. i won't use these folks again

I have an unusual cabinet/vanity setup in my bathroom and I’m truly indecisive. They were patient with my decisions and BUDGET ! Turned out great I love the cabinets!

Tell them folks to step they game up because SIMPLY KITCHEN got the city on lock. Great service very kind staff!! You can tell they appreciate the customers one by one.
