Horrible gas station with horrible “policies”. I bought granola bars and when I got to the car I realized they were EXPIRED. Was unopened and all. I asked for a refund and they denied it. “It’s our policy.” Someone needs to report this to the health department.

There is never receipt paper and the asphalt around all the pumps is full of trash and mud (which gets tracked into our cars). You’re not ever busy enough at this location to warrant this mess. Take some pride in your business.
@shell customer care…Not only is the mud still there, now there is broken glass. Your station operator has changed nothing. Thankfully I get digital receipts, because there is rarely receipt paper still. Again, there is hardly ever even one other car there when I stop near my workplace. If it weren’t convenient and gave me access to my fuel rewards, I would never stop here. Shame they’re taking no pride in their business still. (May 2024)

LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!! DROVE ALL THE WAY TO THIS GAS STATION BC IT SAID IT WAS OPEN 24 HOURS & ITS NOT OPEN...NOTHING ABOUT THIS GAS STATION IS OPEN 24 HOURS!!!!! LIES LIES LIES...SMH.. WHAT A DAMN SHAME!!!!!!!

Went in just to use the restroom l, but was surprised. They had soap, toilet paper, and paper towels to dry my hands (everything i needed). The pleasant experience and prices they offered on the bottled arizona made me want to buy something and the cashier was very nice which left me leaving with a smile. Great establishment 10/10 would visit again.

This store is horrible and will NEVER go. Customer service is TERRIBLE. First I asked the two men at the register how much were Slapwoods he says $8.99. Then proceeds to ask do you want loose leaf, I said I want slapwoods I don’t know if it is loose leaf or not as it is not for me. He proceeded to ring up a brand that wasn’t Slapwood I asked for a receipt and it says $11.99 for a brand that I didn’t ask for which was called LooseLeaf. I told the man this is not the brand I want nor asked for. The “owner” proceeds to argue with me and tells me he cannot provide a refund. Which is a lie because if I overpaid for gas that was prepaid I would have to go back inside and receive a refund. He gives me a $1 out of his pocket and says here you go to shut me up. I don’t have time to go back and forth over tobacco products and $3. So lesson learned, I will NEVER again break bread with this ridiculous gas station and the owner.

This is the second time this has happened to me at the same Shell station with the same person. I was 45 minutes from hame and had to use the restroom (I had drank a large cup of coffee) and I needed gas too. Therefore I stopped thinking he had changed since the last time (months ago). I entered and asked to use the bathroom and he said there was no bathroom (with a really bad attitude, just like before). I walked out. If I cannot use your bathroom then you do not need my money. I am asking everyone to not patronize this place shut him down.

Most expensive gas station you'll ever go to. Price gouging out the wazoo. The Chevron right across the street has everything they have for an average of $2 less per item. Can of Copenhagen here is 8.99 instead of standard $5 for instance. Absolute joke

Paid the ATM fee to get out 20 bucks, they wouldn't even give me 10. Guy actually laughed. There are better, cleaner gas stations really close
