“Thank you Ms Judy just to start. Not only are the prices really really good. But Ms Judy is on top of the premises. My son left our storage in a hurry and not only left the unit unlocked, but wide open. We have all our physical possessions, including our motorcycles in the 10 x 20 unit. No more than 15 minutes later she called me, emailed me and texted me about my unit. When she didn't immediately reach me. She stood by the unit and added a lock to secure my family's goods. I was not charged for this . I was given the chance and time to replace the lock. Thank you Ms Judy!!!!!!!!!!”

“So far so great. I reserved and paid online for 10 x 12.5 and even though I did not make it before 5pm and the office was closed. I was delighted to have an email with a gate access code and my storage door #. I walked up opened the door and was a welcome bag with my new lock and keys. I was able to immediately move my things in.”
“A five star experience for sure! Alexis helped us out with getting our rental and she was the friendliest U-Haul person we have ever come in contact with! She was clear about all the charges. She greeted us with a smile and wished us good luck with our move. It was a smooth process and we appreciated the stellar customer service. Deanna was another friendly attendant there. We spoke with her as well and she was so nice! We had a lovely conversation with both of them about our move and what we do for work. Johnny helped us load our car onto the car transport trailer and answered all the questions we had. I don't understand all of the negative reviews because we had such a wonderful experience! I would return to this location again in the future!”

“I just moved from Savannah Georgia to Foley Alabama last week. Prime Relocations handled by move and I could not have been more pleased my circumstances during this move and before for horrendous I had just had breast cancer surgery and lost my husband all in the space of six months I talked with Miss iRS on the phone and she booked my mom move my Packers were absolutely fantastic they never missed a step they were wonderful about packing my antiques my cut glass all of the things that were important to me that I had from this home that I have been in for over 30 years. They move move me on Thursday and delivered my household goods on Saturday in Foley Alabama. The unload was great not anything was broken no boxes were missing everything was taken care of I adopted everyone of those Packers and movers they became like my sons to me miss Iris was wonderful she called all through the move to check on me to make sure that everything was going OK she even called me the day after to make sure that I was all right I will highly highly recommend them to anyone sometimes you have to be nice to get nice and they were wonderful thanks again for taking care of everything for me especially in such a trying time I loveAll of you signed Gloria Schneider”
