Got a call they would arrive for pickup between 30-60 mins. 2 hours later no one showed up. I had to call SA and see where they were as it was starting to rain. The guy proceeded to tell me that they won't pick up if the bags are wet (rain had no started during the initial 30-60 min time slot). LIKE WTF? Ummmm well if the drivers had arrived when they were supposed to they would have gotten everything before it started raining. If I had even received a phone call that they were running late I would have made arrangements to put the 10+ bags under the covered front porch. But NOPE. NO ONE CALLED ME. But yet it's my fault that it rained. SORRY SALVATION ARMY - BC OF YOUR A$$ COMMUNICATION PEOPLE ARE WITHOUT THINGS BC CLEARLY YOU ALL DO NOT CARE ABOUT OTHERS. I WILL NEVER DONATE TO SA AGAIN. COMPLETE B******** BTW - ITS ALL THE DISPATCHERS FAULT. I don't blame the drivers. It's the dumba$$ DISPATCHERS that sit there and make the stupid calls. FIRE THEM! CLEAN HOUSE when it comes to the dispatchers please. Thank goodness I have another charity coming for pickup that is reliable!!!!!

SLOWEST PROCESS EVER! I think the men who run the drop off line get a high out of making cars and the people in them wait. They shut the line down in between each car and then disappear inside for at least 10 to 15 minutes. It's a joke! Take your junk elsewhere if you don't want to spend the better part of your day sitting in your car waiting.

Love the Tech location on Marietta Street. The staff is always attentive and super friendly. Store is well kept and spacious. And if you're willing to do some digging, you'll find some rare designer gems hiding in the racks. Tip: Go on Wednesdays for 1/2 off all clothing.

I'm a member of The Salvation Army,in the northern territory,I''ve relocated to the south...I've joined a The Salvation Army here and I'm shocked how the army is here yet...can't beleive that I have seen, and encountered here...how do you reach out to voice your self when you put your trust in the only church you've ever known and to have your faith shaken...I have come from a broken home and as a child found compassion, learned how to trust, and most of all felt safe thrrough o
