Terribal customer service! The automated phone system is so infuriating! They missed my appointment and no one called me to reschedule… it was a hassle to reschedule but they were apologetic when I finally got a human in the phone. Three days later they canceled on me because of my tires. Not sure what my tires have to do with a window repair? the hassle of rescheduling on their terribal system made me decide to use another company. Not helpful such a hassle!

The worst safelite I’ve been to. Charged me a hidden fee worth more than the windshield itself. Would not provide an itemized receipt when I asked what services were provided. Manager would not talk to me and relayed messages through the engineer instead.

HORRIBLE!If I could give negative stars I would!I was booked between 8am-1pm,waited until 5 and the tech never showed!Customer service was rude and hung up on me multiple times.If you get connected with JAMAR good luck!Gave me the run around all day instead of telling me there was a problem.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.Advance auto glass in lawrenceville will do it for the half the price.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and a whole day of work wasted.THANKS!

Everything is handled online. The options online are limited. I did drive down to the location and got an appointment set up. I went to the appointment and they were able to fix the crack I had on the windshield. It's been a few years since that took place and no issues at all.

Trusted the company to replace a broken windshield on my 2024 BMW. The tech Jamal did a horrible job. It looks like a young child did the replacement. It’s glue all over the interior and glass was left all over my car. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact this office, but they have yet to return my calls or follow up on their warranty. Tech Carlos came out to look at the bad windshield repair and said I would get a call about a new windshield in 24-48 hours. That was two weeks ago. I’m very disappointed and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I paid almost $2,000 for the service.
I would highly not recommend using this office at Peachtree Corners. There is no accountability for this office.

After giving ALL information about my van, they showed up and said they had to have 2 people to complete the windshield replacement. How would you not know that aheas of time? I was understanding because I dont do this job, so I said that was fine. They said they would come back after 3 pm the same day, no call, no show. Then after calling back myself and rescheduling, (had to call several times because the corporate office could not even get in touch with the local store to schedule anything) they scheduled another appointment where no one came, no call, no show. This company puts ALL their money into marketing and absolutely NO customer service. I will NEVER use this company or recommend it to anyone.

I am absolutely shocked. I have never seen a company so 'impressive' in how they handle things. Their attitude is truly something else. It's almost as if they take pride in providing the bare minimum of effort. The level of professionalism displayed is astonishingly low, and it feels like customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds. It’s remarkable how they manage to consistently fall short of even the most basic expectations. Every interaction leaves me wondering if they could possibly care less. If you're looking for a masterclass in how not to treat customers, this company is a shining example.
I wasn't even informed that each guest would only have a 15-minute waiting time. And if you're really that strict about time, the least you could do is HAVE SOMEONE at the front desk. Instead, when we arrived, there wasn't anyone at the front desk. and we ended up waiting for 10 minutes. And then one person finally showed up and immediately asked how long I had been there, like, 'Just got here?' Since I had only been waiting for 10 or 11 minutes, I just went along with it and said, 'yes just got here.'
And then I felt like I was trapped by his words. He asked, leading me to say, 'Just got here,' and then used my answer as evidence to tell me I was late. The problem is, when I first arrived, I waited all those minutes with NO ONE at the desk!
If someone had been there from the beginning, I wouldn't have been late at all.

I was frustrated trying to get in touch to make an appointment because of my new vehicle that was not in their system. They made it up with quick service and perfect fix on the window chip.

Let me share my experience. My tint shop suggested I repair a small chip in my windshield before I get a tint. So I setup a claim with my insurance company. The appointment for Safelite to come out was scheduled for July 3.
July 3: 8-1 pm. //at 2 pm I called because no one had shown up. This was all odd because the morning of the appointment I received an email from the shop confirming the appointment with a picture of the tech, and his name and number. Customer care tried to call the tech three times but he didn’t answer. They then called the shop twice, but guess what? They didn’t answer either. So the rep suggested sending an email to the location management to reach out to me to reschedule. Odd, but okay. At 5 pm they call me and apologize. We reschedule for July 8.
July 8: 8-1pm //tech arrives and is friendly and begins working. Then a few minutes later he calls me and says the small chip can’t be repaired so he suggested a replacement. Okay, I understand. No fuss. He says he’ll call the shop and cancel the work order so they can then call to reschedule me for a replacement. Less than 30 min later, I get called back, and we’re rescheduled for July 11.
July 11: 8-1pm //tech arrives on time and begin working on the car and replacing it. After 2 hours he calls me and states “everything went well until the end” and asks to meet outside. He told me during the recalibration process, he must have installed the rear view camera wrong because it fell down, so it fell calibration. And after speaking to his manager, they have to install another windshield (than the one he just installed) because, he installed the wrong one. I ask how soon will this be, because this is my last week working from home. He says it won’t be for another 7 days because the type of glue they use to stick the glass, takes at least a week to cure. If they remove it sooner, the glue will smear and get on the car’s metal and can’t be removed. So now, I’m rescheduled for July 17.
Here’s a kicker. The following day (July 12) the tech that came the previous day called me because he states he thinks he left his work tablet and calibration tool in my car. He needed me to check. He stopped by and grabbed them. I’m polite enough.
But wow. Did I know a tiny crack would spread to four visits (so far), going on a fifth? Nope. Had I known, I would have definitely chose one of the other options my insurance offered.

Today I had the windshield on my vehicle replaced by your technician named Richard. This was my second experience with your company, and as before, I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the technician.
However, after the work was completed and following my initial inspection, I did not notice any issues. But after parking my car under direct sunlight, I discovered a chip or crack on the new windshield under the rubber seal on the driver’s side. Additionally, I noticed a misaligned part with the rubber seal on the passenger side.
Upon discovering these issues, I immediately contacted Richard by phone and sent him photos of the defects. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from him.
According to your policy, the windshield replacement service is covered by a national lifetime warranty, which includes protection against such defects caused during installation. In light of this, I kindly request that you arrange for the rectification of the identified issues as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter.

They had technicians call out! Ugh this 3 hour took 5 hours and I don’t have my car yet. I am sitting in the parking lot. Because I know they will not call me. Just tell me what to expect. Update later
5:30 and tech is finally finished. Poor management! They moved tech from here to Marrietta. Etc

Hoping to do 0 stars but it won't let you. Sure wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling an appointment. Appointment was supposed to be 3 hours for replacement and recalibration and it took 6 hours and still isn't right. I called after 4.5 hours and was told they were having "issues" with recalibrating and should be another 30 minutes. Well after 1 hour and 30 minutes they called saying it was complete. They did not finish until almost closing time so I could not call and tell them it wasn't right. Then when I call, you get an automated system that keeps hanging up on you. Keeps directing to the website and after much manipulation on the website finally was able to send an e-mail and still have not gotten a response. This is very dangerous as the calibration of the system is now trying to not let me change lanes and the brake system is also not right. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I wish i could give minus stars or something.. not at all friendly.. they want to come on time.. and they didnt do their job right at first time.. i have to come again.. they are tettling me i am 40 mins late . Bad attitude.. and now 3rd time i have to come again ... which i have to come.. i would never ever come again.. and guys who ever seeing this review please for god sake go some other place.. lot of better options but not safelite anymore..
