“A five star experience for sure! Alexis helped us out with getting our rental and she was the friendliest U-Haul person we have ever come in contact with! She was clear about all the charges. She greeted us with a smile and wished us good luck with our move. It was a smooth process and we appreciated the stellar customer service. Deanna was another friendly attendant there. We spoke with her as well and she was so nice! We had a lovely conversation with both of them about our move and what we do for work. Johnny helped us load our car onto the car transport trailer and answered all the questions we had. I don't understand all of the negative reviews because we had such a wonderful experience! I would return to this location again in the future!”

“These guys are really great and extremely professional. There was a misunderstanding around my drop off resulting in charges that shouldn’t have been there. I decided to go speak with them in person; and Larry, an admin, was very patient and explained what had happened. At the same time another customer was upset over a different misunderstanding, and without missing a beat, Larry and the rep helping the customer figured out the cause of confusion, and explained it to customer who immediately understood and was happy. I can only imagine what this team of people who work there must deal with on a daily basis, just judging by this visit (at 9AM!)”
