Place looks good but staff meed to get more knowledgeable on the products. I ordered king size but they delivered queen now im struggling with back and forth to change the delivery

Here is a quick anecdote of why I loved my experience at Rooms to Go Outlet today. We started at a higher end (priced, anyhow) store and actually purchased. Then we went to a furniture outlet specializing in meatballs (Swedish, that is) among other items. Sorry, but cheap and overpriced.For our needs (mid century modern and small) we went to Rooms to Go Outlet. What an amazing variety that conformed to our needs! What a reasonable set of price points! Most of all, what a brilliant sales agent: Alex. Alex briefed us on the store and then gave us room to pick our items out. Yet, he was constantly near enough to allow for any questions or explanations that we needed. He was helpful without ever being pushy, he was friendly and professional, and his demeanor allowed us the latitude to complete our shopping with more items than we originally started shopping for. He was terrific. I recommend Rooms to Go Outlet without hesitation, especially because of Alex.

Horrible Experience Here With Patrick.I Came In Yesterday 5/22/24 To Only Look For A Couch I Found The Couch I Loved Patrick Z Was My Saleperson We Go Ahead And Process Everything.I Apparently Had A Lease Active So I Was Going To Come The Next Day To Do A Joint Lease So Patrick tells Me In Order For Me To Not Loose The Couch I Need To Put $100 Down Because He Said That Couch Was Selling Fast And They Started With 22 And Only Had 10. So I Go Ahead And Say Sure Ill Do That I Go To The Cashier Arlene She Takes My Payment. Then I Told Patrick You Sure Is On Hold He Tells Me Yes You Already Paid To Hold It So It Wont Get Sold .And When I Come Tomorrow 05/23/24 All I Gotta Do Is Sign The Lease And Get A Delivery Date. My Mom Went For Me Cause It Needed To Be Under Her Name When She Spoke With Arlene She Goes And Sais That Couch Was Not Available In The Right Side Like How I Want It. Im So Pissed Im Going Off And Can Not Believe What I Was Hearing!!! I Said How !?! I Literally Put $100 Down On Hold So It Wouldnt Get Sold !!! Your Going To Tell Me In 6 Hours All That Couch Got Sold ??!? I Thought Yall Had 10 ?!?! Then Arlene Tells Me Shes Not Sure Why Patrick Would Say That Or Mention How Many Inventory They Had When Is From The Warehouse And That Couch Was DISCONTINUED! I Wasted My Whole Time !!!! This Is Why I Always Choose Ga Furniture Mart ! They Are Clear Honest And Dont Lie To Your Face ! I Know He Was Doing It To Get A Sell Plus Commision ! But Lie To The Customer Is Not Okay ! And Arlene To Act Like She Didnt Know When She Was Right There To We Were At The Counter !!! Is Crazy How You Guys Sell A Couch Thats On Hold For Someone I Paid For It ! Im Super Dissapointed This Was My 1st Time With Them And It Sucked! They Didnt Really Have Anything To Offer Here. I Recommend Ga Furniture Mart For Anyone 100% ! Not This Place With Liers . I Would Love To Only Give 0 Stars Truly Pissed About This Whole Situation But Im Glad It Wasnt Available Maybe It Was A Sign Since I Now Heard They Sell Poor Quality Things Here.

I when to rooms to go with my daughter because she was looking for dining room furniture. James, the salesperson was very helpful. I did not plan on buying anything but family and James talked me into getting a living room set. He was really great !!!!!

Mattress shopping is grueling, but Alex made it worthwhile. We went to several stores before we decided to make a purchase. Alex was by far the most courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant sales person we met. He also helped us with the delivery options. We are very happy with our new mattresses and sleeping sound. This store also has great prices for quality pieces. We will visit again!

Had miscommunication with people in back and they don't really let you how long you have to wait; also recommend them to invest a speakphone difficult for customers to hear when inside the vehicle.
