If I could I would give this location zero stars the guy Mazid has horrible customer service the location never has a manager on site they give you the run around don't return messages and also instead of fixing the issue hey rather close your account instead of dealing with their employees problems. They closed both my business and Personal accounts due to a LIE and still haven't gotten back to me I wouldn't refer this bank to anyone its a reason they allow anyone to open an account Here

They are shady as heck they freeze your debit cards without you knowing I was trying to pay a bill online and my card kept declining, I knew the funds were in my account cause it was pay day and I checked I called customer service said the bank put a warm hold on my card and I had to wait till the the next day to call and speak to someone
