Lauren Howard was so kind and generous! She knows what she was doing without making any mistakes or takes a long time doing her work. She was fast but not too fast that can makes mistakes, and which I really like in a worker. Thank you so much for helping us out Lauren!

worst bank in this area. I was unable to access my account online. I stopped by to asked them to help me print it out. The lady was extremely rude, did not even looked at me. "$5 per month" for the print out

Please don’t go to this bank !!!! They will help those without an ID before they help the ones that have a bank account with them!!!!! I SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES!!! Their system is all messed up!!!!

Staff should complete a DEI workshop or refresh up on it. Never felt so violated and discriminated for basic baking services. So much for being a 10+ year client.

The banker, Jessika, did not direct me correctly. After 5 months when I went back to mention the error she made, I found out she does not work here. I talked to another banker AND the branch manager. They did not accept the error they made and just ignored me.Unknowledgeable, nonexpert banker, Jessika, caused me $400 of loss.The most irresponsible and useless manager I have ever seen. She was like just leave me alone, I do not care about your problem, let me finish my reports!

This bank is so slow it will make you wish they had better wifi. Literally drive through line is always a minimum 25 to 30 minute wait no matter what day or time.

I cannot believe the bad reviews based on my experience. Maria is so professional and helpful. Also all the other staff are always courteous and nice. I definitely recommend this branch, it’s hard to find a branch where they treat you like your money is actually yours and this branch makes me feel truly welcomed. Great Service!!!

Leslie Harris was extremely unhelpful. To start this girl sound like she hates he life being clocked in lol, second she’s stated multiple times that I have to come into a branch for them to look at my online banking account. After stating the branch can’t do anything or cannot tell me how locate over $1,000 deposit in my account. Please choose another branch as she made my experience worse.
