I am the Sales Manager for Regional Rubber, and want people to know that we've been in business for 20 years, and have 3 negative reviews between Google and Yelp combined. Our customers are our top priority, and we go above and beyond our normal processes to accommodate them, though we all know your can't please everyone 100% of the time. Please don't judge us based on a couple of reviews. Thank you

Ive had a purchase order submitted for over a week with zero reply. I've been calling for days. Nobody answers the phone, nobody replies to emails. We're cancelling all orders and finding a new supplier, lack of communication is ridiculous!!

My company manages commercial pools and water parks for many cities across the state. One of our customers pools had 4-weeks until their new pump arrived, and we were trying to create anything possible to keep them open until the new pump arrived. I called Regional Rubber and told them my idea to retrofit a customer Gasket/seal in order to make the customer’s Current setup work until the new pump came. I am rarely impressed, but I cannot believe how helpful and quick to help Byron was when we are not current customers. He took all the time possible to show me options, educate me and make sure I walked away understanding the different products and how to make them work. The product and strategy he recommended worked flawlessly and in a quarter of the time my original plan would’ve taken. In attempting to find a foam supplier in the area, I came across this company. After Linda took my initial phone call, I followed up with an email specifying everything I needed. I had no reply. So, over the next few weeks I followed up 3 more times, with no reply.

In attempting to find a foam supplier in the area, I came across this company. After Linda took my initial phone call, I followed up with an email specifying everything I needed. I had no reply. So, over the next few weeks I followed up 3 more times, with no reply. I called again and spoke to Byron. He said it would be no problem, so I emailed him all the specs again, and sent a sample of the type of foam I needed via UPS. No response. Three weeks later I follow up with another email asking if he received the sample. No reply. So, a week after that I send an email with the subject "Disappointed", pointing out the horrible service that they have been giving me. I get a response from him saying that he was waiting for pricing from the supplier. How that translates into not ever returning one email I do not know. So, against my better judgement, I go ahead and place a purchase order. That was on November 17th, 2017. They acknowledged receipt of the order on November 21st. That was the last I heard from them. I followed up on November 29th, December 4th, and December 8th, just looking for an estimated delivery date. No response. Ever. So, on January 24th, 2018 I cancelled the order. This company is very high on my list of companies to never, EVER do business with. Avoid at all costs.
