They have been amazing and so helpful. They got so much in just a few hours that I do believe any other company would have taken days to complete. We suffered a sudden water heater failure which flooded an area of our basement. We were referred to Rainbow Restoration and spoke with Joe who was extremely polite and showed up to our house within an hour. While he was there, he took the time to explain their water cleanup process and checked our entire basement for areas of water intrusion. The next day a crew showed up to set out drying equipment and pulled up all necessary flooring.
