Service is excellent here. Lots of choices. Vidhi and her dad were very helpful. We were just going to get one or two things, but because of their really quality service and the choices they had, we got a salvar kamiz, two kurtas and pyjamas, one vest, and a blouse. The best Indian clothes shopping experience any of us have had in the Atlanta area.

Had a great experience shopping for family . Had a good collection of clothes and my sister was able to chose the perfect fit for her. She is definitely going to rock the show wearing the outfits.

We had a great shopping experience here for my daughter’s wedding reception. The collection is very diverse, and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely come back in the future!

Poor Customer Experience Due to Owner's BehaviorI recently visited Radhika collection and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.During my visit, the owner was noticeably ill-mannered. He was talking to his staff in his native language with high pitch. Based on the context clues. I understand he was talking about me and staff of giggling. It was insulting. Because I told to the owner I didn’t like the dress he showed me. That dress was outdated so I didn’t like it. He forced me to buy it. I refused. He started insulting me though I was trying to shop other items . I was a customer for that store for 10 years. He wasn’t like this before expanding the business.The owne’s behavior significantly impacted my overall experience at the store. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable; and undermined my willingness to continue shopping there.In conclusion, I'm disheartened by the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the owner. I hope this feedback helps improve customer experiences.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Pinky, especially, was so incredibly rude and very much unhelpful. My family and I did not feel comfortable in the store and ended up leaving due to her rude manners and lack of customer service. To whoever owns this establishment, I truly hope you speak to Pinky and let her know how to do better for the next paying customer (if there even is one).

I bought some shalwar kameez for my husband as a surprise for our anniversary. The staff were so kind and patient with me even though I was quite unsure on the design, style, and size. Seriously so helpful and kind. My husband said the quality of the clothes were also comfortable. Big shout out to Pinky, the rep, for helping me!

Went there with my mom to see what they have. Their collection was really nice and I wanted to try it on and see how it looked on me. I tried on couples of them, I was happy with one and I felt like I found the one. I was ready to buy the one I had on but this man started yelling from the other side of the room. I didn’t understand what he was saying so I just went back to looking at clothes. The lady was helping us and she was nice. As I was walking to mirror to see how it looks on me, that same man started yelling more and more. My mom somehow understood that he was telling me to lift my clothes up because it was getting dirty. I was standing in front of mirror to see how it looked on me and he was yelling saying I’m making the dress dirty. Like how do you expect your customers to buy clothes without trying it on. Because of that, I went to different store and bought a beautiful dress. It’s his loss tbh.

The customer service was unbelievably terrible! I asked for a design of a sari and they laughed in my face saying they’ve never heard of it. The man was yelling at me to show a picture of it. The staff payed no attention to me and kept talking to each other like I wasn’t there. On top of that they say they have kids and mens clothing but there was none.
