We started working with PSI this spring to fulfill our orders for art prints, fabric and wallpaper samples, and ribbon, and they have been absolutely fabulous. Josh and Clint walked us through each and every step of the entire onboarding process, and explained everything so thoroughly that it made our inventory transfer super easy and smooth. Customers have already emailed me multiple times to let me know how quickly they've received their packages, and I really don't know what I would do if we hadn't found PSI!I have been a small business owner for almost ten years, and working with PSI has given me the ability to actually take real time off with my family this summer because I know that any shop orders are in their wonderfully capable hands.The number one thing I was hoping for with a fulfillment company was great communication and I can't stress enough how great Josh and Clint have been with this- they always, always respond to my emails thoroughly and in a timely fashion, and I really do feel so lucky that we found them. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!

I help manage a small publishing company. We use PSI for inventory management, warehousing, and fulfillment. They integrate with Amazon FBM and with Shopify and it's awesome. For larger freight shipments they are also very easy to work with. A lot of our titles are printed overseas as well and we've never had any issues with receiving. If you're looking for a 3PL solution, PSI is where it's at. They are a friendly team and they know what they are doing.

Always out of stock when I visit them. So I just stopped going there. Tried to be a customer but every time I went there they had no stock of CD's and cases.

Chris Coates has been our PSI representative for several years. He has always made sure that PSI provides outstanding products for us here at in|prov and is hands on all the way through each and every product created. Chris is tremendously helpful in reviewing product specs and ideas for any foreseeable production issues. Working with him is always pleasant and productive at the same time. We cannot recommend Chris and PSI enough for your custom product related needs.

The Urban Alternative has been amazed with PSI. We currently have PSI working on our fulfillment and replication needs daily. They have been such an awesome company to work with. They go above and to ensure we are completely satisfied with the work. I am always amazed when I ask if something can be done this way or that way and they jump right on it and make it happen. I was able to work for PSI for the better part of a year during my transition into the Fire Services and it was incredible!. During my tenure, I enjoyed a wonderful culture that was exhibited from the top down. It was fun to see how much a company cared about its clients as well and the lengths gone to fulfill the customers needs.
